Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki do zebów, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obejmu- jaca owalna, przezroczysta, glówke z wlosiem ulozonym w pecz-kach oraz uchwyt z zaokraglonym tylnym koncem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wlosie obejmuje dwanascie poprzecznych rzedów peczków, z których dwa srodkowe sa w ciemnym kolorze,kontras- towym do pozostalych peczków, przy czym glówka laczy sie z pierwszym, przezroczystym, segmentem uchwytu, który ma, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys dwóch trapezów równoramien- nych z lukowatymi ramionami, przylegajacych do siebie mniej- szymi podstawami. W widoku z boku, powierzchnia dolna pierw- szego segmentu uchwytu tworzy z powierzchnia dolna glówki kat rozwarty. Drugi segment uchwytu jest faliscie profilowany i ma wzdluzne wybranie w polu którego widoczne sa, z góry i z dolu, w czesci przedniej lukowate prazki, a w dalszej czes- ci widoczna jest przezroczysta wkladka. Ponadto drugi segment jest od przodu wyprofilowany w wystep, którego powierzchnie górne tworza kat rozwarty i segment ten ma kolor kontrastowy do przezroczystego segmentu pierwszego. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a toothbrush, manifested in shape. The object of the decorative pattern is shown in the enclosed drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a toothbrush in a perspective view from above, fig. 2 - a toothbrush in a top view, fig. 3 - a toothbrush in a bottom view, fig. 4 - a brush in a side view, fig. 5 - a brush in a second side view, fig. 6 - a brush in a front view, and fig. 7 - a brush in a rear view. A toothbrush in an ornamental pattern, consisting of an oval, transparent head with bristles arranged in bundles and a handle with a curved back end, characterized by the fact that the bristles consist of twelve transverse rows of bunches, the middle two of which are dark in color, in contrast to the rest of the bunches, the head joining a first, transparent, segment of the handle which has, in top and bottom views, the outline of two isosceles trapezoids with arched arms, adjacent to each other by smaller bases. In a side view, the bottom surface of the first segment of the handle forms an obtuse angle with the bottom surface of the head. The second segment of the handle is corrugated and has a longitudinal recess in which the top and bottom are visible, arched strips in the front part, and a transparent insert is visible in the further part. Moreover, the second segment is profiled at the front into a projection, the upper surfaces of which form an obtuse angle, and this segment has a color contrasting to the transparent first segment. PL
