Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie szczotki do zebów. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the toothbrush.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- szczotke do zebów w widoku od strony przedniego konca, fig.3- szczotke do zebów w widoku z góry, fig.4- szczotke do zebów w widoku od strony tylnego konca, fig.5- szczotke do zebów w widoku z dolu, a fig.6- szczotke do zebów w widoku z boku. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a toothbrush in perspective view, fig. 2 - a toothbrush in a view from the front end, fig. 3 - a toothbrush in a top view, fig. 4- a toothbrush in a rear end view, Figure 5 a toothbrush in a bottom view, and Figure 6 a toothbrush in a side view.

Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca glowice z wlosiem oraz uchwyt, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc uchwytu stanowiaca glowice szczotki, która w widoku z góry ma zarys owalny, wyposazona jest w czterdziesci dwa koliste peczki wlosia, ulozone w szesc grup, w których pierwsza grupa zawiera szesc peczków wlosia, druga grupa zawiera trzy peczki, trzecia grupa zawiera cztery peczki srodkowe i dziesiec peczków ulozonych koliscie, czwarta grupa zawiera dwa peczki, piata grupa zawiera cztery peczki srodkowe i dziesiec peczków ulozonych koliscie, a szósta grupazawiera trzy peczki. Wysokosc peczków wlosia jest zróznicowana. The industrial-style toothbrush, including the bristle head and handle, has the following essential features: the brush head portion of the handle, which is oval when viewed from above, is equipped with forty-two circular bristles arranged in six groups, in which the first group contains six bunches of hair, the second group contains three bunches, the third group contains four middle bunches and ten bunches of collide, the fourth group contains two bunches, the fifth group contains four middle bunches and ten bunches of collide, and the sixth group contains three bunches. The height of the bristles varies.

Uchwyt szczotki jest profilowany w czesci poza glowica, przy czym tuz za glowica, w czesci przedniej, powierzchnia górna uchwytu wznosi sie lukowato ku górze, nastepriie w czesci srodkowej ma wglebienie na powierzchni, którego znajduje sie siedem ozdobnych, równoleglych wypuklosci o zarysach lukowatych, a w czesci tylnej powierzchnia górna uchwytu opada lekko skosnie ku jego tylnemu zaokraglonemu koncowi.
