Dolny segment uchwytu ma ksztalt bryly, która, w widoku z tylu, ma zarys prostokata polaczonego z trapezem równoramiennym z lukowatymi ramionami. Sciana dolna tego segmentu jest owalna, a sciana przednia jest wklesla i w polu tej wkleslosci znajduje sie owalne pole, do którego przylega tylna scianka ozdobna przystawka zaciskowa. Sciana tylna dolnego segmentu jest wypukla i ma centralne wybranie, z którego wypietrza sie wypukla scianka o zarysie owalnym. Górny segment uchwytu ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu stozka scietego i na koncu tego segmentu usytuowana jest dwuplytkowa glowica z wlosiem ulozonym w kolistych peczkach. Na plytce glowicy majacej, w widoku z przodu, zarys kola, wlosie ulozone jest na zarysach kolistych, a na plytce glowicy o zarysie pólowalu, wlosie ulozone jest na zarysach lukowatych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7. The subject of the industrial design is a toothbrush. The novelty and individual character of the toothbrush are reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a toothbrush in a perspective view from above and from the side, Fig. 2 shows the brush in a perspective view from above and from the side with the decorative attachment removed, Fig. 3 shows the brush in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the brush in a back view, Fig. 5 shows the brush in a side view, Fig. 6 shows the brush in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the brush in a bottom view. The toothbrush according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it includes a two-segment handle with bristles arranged on two plates and a decorative clamping attachment stylized as a seated elephant with a raised trunk, which fits onto the handle. The lower segment of the handle has the shape of a solid, which, in a back view, has the outline of a rectangle combined with an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate arms. The lower wall of this segment is oval, while the front wall is concave. Within this concavity is an oval field, to which a decorative clamping attachment rests at the rear. The rear wall of the lower segment is convex and has a central recess, from which a convex wall with an oval outline emerges. The upper segment of the handle is roughly shaped like a truncated cone, and at the end of this segment is a two-plate head with bristles arranged in circular tufts. On the head plate, which has a circular outline in the front view, the bristles are arranged in circular outlines, while on the head plate with a semi-oval outline, the bristles are arranged in arcuate outlines, as shown in the attached drawing, figs. 1 to 7.
