Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie korpusu szczotki oraz w ksztalcie zarysu wlosia. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig.l przedstawia widok szczotki z boku, fig.2 - przekrój wzdluzny szczotki, a fig.3 - jej widok od góry. Szczotka do zamiatania wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma korpus w ksztalcie lekko wygietej w luk podluznej prostopadlosciennej plytki z zaokraglonymi pólokraglo krótszymi bokami, przy czym wszystkie jej scianki boczne sa lekko nachylone do podstawy.Od strony wierzchniej na srodku plytki korpusu osadzony jest wydrazony element walcowy nagwintowany wewnatrz, dla zamocowania trzonka szczotki. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia tego elementu styczna jest do dwóch wzajemnie równoleglych scianek, z których kazda stanowi ozdobne przedluzenie kazdej z dwóch bocznych powierzchni prostopadlosciennej plytki korpusu. Scianki te maja ksztalt lukowaty lagodnie opadajacy do wierzchniej powierzchni plytki korpusu w pewnej odleglosci od krótszych zaokraglonych brzegów korpusu. Wysokosc scianek w miejscu styku z elementem walcowym jest mniejsza od wysokosci tego elementu. Od strony spodniej w korpusie osadzone jest wlosie. Powierzchnia zewnetrznego obrysu wlosia wygieta jest lukowato odpowiednio do wygiecia plytki korpusu szczotki. Szczotka ma korpus w dowolnym kolorze oraz dowolne kolorystycznie wlosie. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the brush body and the shape of the bristle outline. The subject of the decorative pattern has been shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of the brush, Fig. 2 - a longitudinal section of the brush, and Fig. 3 - its view from above. The brush for sweeping according to the decorative pattern has a body in the shape of a slightly curved oblong, rectangular plate with rounded semi-circular shorter sides, all of its side walls slightly inclined to the base. From the top side, in the middle of the body plate, there is a protruding, threaded cylindrical element to fix the brush shaft. The outer surface of this element is tangent to two mutually parallel walls, each of which constitutes a decorative extension of each of the two side surfaces of the rectangular body plate. These walls have an arched shape, gently sloping to the top surface of the body plate at a distance from the shorter rounded edges of the body. The height of the walls at the point of contact with the cylindrical element is smaller than the height of this element. On the underside, the hair is embedded in the body.
