Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka do zebów majaca glowice ze szczecina i trzonek. The subject of the industrial design is a toothbrush having a bristle head and a handle.

Znana jest z polskiego zgloszenia P.333652 (PCT/US98/23780) szczoteczka do zebów, której ksztalt jest najbardziej zblizony do przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. A toothbrush is known from the Polish application P.333652 (PCT / US98 / 23780), the shape of which is closest to the object of the industrial design.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac szczotki do zebów, majaca glowice ze szczecina i trzonek. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of a toothbrush having a bristle head and a handle.

Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku z góry, fig.2 szczotke w widoku z dolu, a fig.3 szczotke w widoku z boku. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a toothbrush in a top view, Fig. 2 a toothbrush in a bottom view, and Fig. 3 a toothbrush in a side view.

Szczotka do zebów ma glowice o ksztalcie eliptycznym, zaopatrzona w szczecine, oraz trzonek stanowiacy rekojesc. Trzonek utworzony jest z dwóch czlonów, z których pierwszy wychodzi z glowicy i stopniowo rozszerzajac sie przechodzi w czlon drugi. Drugi czlon ma lukowate boki polaczone pólkolem. The toothbrush has an elliptical head with bristles and a handle as a handle. The shaft is made of two members, the first of which extends from the head and gradually expanding into the second.
