Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie basenu kapielowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia basen kapielowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2- basen kapielowy w widoku z góry. Basen kapielowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry ma zarys elipsy, przy czym górna krawedz basenu otoczona jest kolnierzem o zarysie elipsy, a pole kolnierza podzielone jest na wiele obszarów. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the swimming pool. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the swimming pool in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the swimming pool in a top view. The swimming pool, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: in a top view, it has an elliptical outline, with the upper edge of the pool surrounded by an elliptical collar, and the collar area is divided into multiple areas.
