The industrial design covers the graphic form and design of lightweight single-packages made of foil, processed paper, or similar materials, containing roasted peanuts in various flavors, packaged in a protective atmosphere. The industrial design addresses the issue of developing a new form of label for a single-package food product – roasted peanuts in various flavors, with a uniquely individualized outline, contour, design, and color scheme, suitable for multiple industrial or craft reproduction. The industrial design is illustrated in detail in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the first packaging variant, Fig. 2 a view of the second packaging variant, and Fig. 3 a view of the third packaging variant. The label for a single-package food product—roasted peanuts in the first version—is a complex, multi-element graphic design based on a rectangle, the longer side of which is horizontal. The background of the design is a light pastel-colored surface, evenly covered with a pattern of finely detailed checkering, resembling the stylized appearance of a multi-thread fabric. This uniform background is not the dominant accent in the label's visual design. The dominant graphic accent is located in the central part of the label field: the inscription PINO in capital, stylized, straight-block letters, with serifs, and spaced at roughly equal intervals, but not aligned, giving the impression of being chaotically arranged. All letters of the PINO inscription are in dominant colors, different from the pastel background color, and have a double shading accent directed diagonally "to the top right." Immediately at the edge of each of the stylized letters of the PINO inscription, there is a white shadow all around, and adjacent to this articulated line of the white shadow of the letter is a shadow of the same shape, made with a thin continuous line of variable thickness, made in a color different from the color of the letters of the inscription. Below the described PINO inscription, there is an additional inscription reading "roasted peanuts," written in small, italic, stylized Easter egg-like letters, in a dark, contrasting color. Their size is a fraction of the height of the letters of the PINO inscription. The length of the additional small inscription "orzeszki ziemne roastzone" (roasted peanuts) is approximately equal to the total length of the letters "PIN" in the PINO inscription. The initial part of the letters of the first word of the inscription "orzeszki" (peanuts) and the final part of the last word of the inscription "rozone" (roasted) are provided with a white accentuating shadow of the same width from the background. Under the described dominant graphic accent of the label, which is the inscription PINO, there is a second dominant informational accent of the label, which is the image of a dozen or so randomly arranged and presented naturalistically, shelled peanuts (peanuts), in colors specific to the brown palette. Both of the label's dominant graphic accents, the inscription PINO and the image of randomly scattered peanuts, are arranged on a white line stylized as an Archimedean spiral, of unequal width. The width of the spiral line, with two incomplete and less regular coils, beginning at the point of greatest concentration of scattered peanuts, is smaller than the width of the spiral line at its end, which is located near the lower horizontal edge of the label field. Between the label's dominant graphic and informational accents described above, there is the first additional, elongated, narrow information field, resembling a stripe, running slightly diagonally to the "top-right." It is white, slightly contrasting with the color of the described fabric-like background, and contains inscriptions in the same color as the color, font, size, and style of the additional inscription "roasted peanuts." At the bottom, on the right side of the described image of a dozen or so randomly scattered shelled peanuts, there is, in its immediate vicinity, a second additional information field in the shape of a regular oval, the longer diameter of which is directed at approximately an acute angle to the horizontal edge of the label field. The second additional information field of the label, located on the background occupied by the described Archimedean spiral, has a length and width slightly greater than the size of a single peanut shown in the drawing. It is dark in color, contrasting with the background color, and is filled with white informative text. To the right and left of the two dominant graphic accents of the label, which are the inscription PINO and the inscription "roasted peanuts" and the image of randomly scattered peanuts, there is a third additional information field on the left in white, and a correspondingly fourth additional information field on the right in white. These fields are in the shape of a rectangle with a longer vertical side, the length of which is greater than the height of the letters of the inscription PINO. In the lower part of the label field, near the edge of the penultimate coil of the described Archimedes' spiral, there is a lower horizontal additional fifth information field in a color contrasting with the pastel background color and having the character of a narrow horizontal rectangle. It is additionally accentuated by a thin, continuous horizontal line, the length of which corresponds to the length of the fifth field, contrasting with the pastel color of the described background and filled with an inscription in white letters. The upper right corner of the label field, devoid of the described, non-dominant background, is outlined with a slightly convex arc. It has the approximate shape of an isosceles triangle, with the opposite right-angled outline slightly concave. The distance of the edge of the described Archimedean spiral with two coils from the upper horizontal edge of the label field and from the vertical side edges of this field is approximately the same, while the lower horizontal edge of the label field cuts off a small portion of the lower final coil of the described Archimedean spiral. The left third information field is higher than the right additional fourth information field. The label's surface is mirror-smooth, and the colors used in the design described above are preferably CYAN, MAGENTA, BLACK, and PANTONE 293. The label for a single food product package—roasted peanuts in the second version of the same design—is a complex, multi-element graphic design based on a rectangle, the longer side of which is horizontal. The background of the design is a uniform dark surface, evenly covered with a dense, finely detailed white groove, the image of which is similar to a stylized "comma" punctuation mark. This uniform background does not constitute a dominant accent in the visual design of the label. The white area of this spiral is evenly covered with a dense, finely detailed gray groove, contrasting minimally with the background color. This groove resembles a stylized "comma" punctuation mark. The width of the spiral line with two incomplete and less regular coils, starting at the point of greatest concentration of scattered peanuts, is smaller than the width of the spiral line at the end, which is located near the lower horizontal edge of the label field. Between the described dominant graphic and informational accents of the label, there is the first additional longitudinal, narrow information field in the form of a strip, running slightly diagonally to the top right. It is white, slightly contrasting with the described background color, and contains inscriptions in the same color as the color, font, size, and style of the additional inscription "roasted peanuts." At the bottom right of the described image of a dozen or so haphazardly scattered shelled peanuts, in its immediate vicinity, is a second additional information field in the shape of a regular oval, the longer diameter of which is directed at a roughly acute angle to the horizontal edge of the label field. The second additional information field of the label, located against the background occupied by the described Archimedean spiral, has a length and width slightly greater than the size of a single peanut depicted in the drawing. It is dark in color, contrasting with the background color, and is filled with white informative text. To the right and left of the two described dominant graphic accents of the label, which are the inscription PINO and the inscription "roasted peanuts" and the image of randomly scattered peanuts, there is a left-hand third additional information field in white and, accordingly, a right-hand additional fourth information field in white. The upper right corner of the label field, devoid of the described non-dominant background, is outlined with a slightly convex arc. It has the approximate shape of an isosceles triangle, with the opposite right-angled outline slightly concave. The distance of the edge of the described Archimedean spiral with two coils from the top horizontal edge of the label field and from the vertical side edges of this field is approximately the same, while the lower horizontal edge of the label field cuts off a small portion of the lower end coil of the described Archimedean spiral. It is roughly shaped like an isosceles triangle, with the opposite rectangular outline slightly concave. Furthermore, according to the industrial design, the label surface is mirror-smooth, and the colors used in the above-described design are preferably cyan, magenta, black, and, in the first and second variants, additionally PANTONE.
