Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik zwlaszcza do plynów, wyposazony w nakrecana nasadke. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunku i fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - przedstawia fotografie pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 7 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 8 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 8 wyposazony jest u góry, na srodku, w gwintowana szyjke zaopatrzona w okragly otwór wylotowy, na która jest nakrecana nasadka, natomiast z przodu i z tylu w górnej czesci - w dwustronne symetryczne zaglebienia o obrzezu w ksztalcie ucha, tworzace uchwyt, zas u dolu po przekatnej do uchwytu - w dwustronne symetryczne skosne, ksztaltowe wglebienia. Ponadto pojemnik jest zaopatrzony z przodu i z tylu, u dolu w równolegle do podstawy,symetryczne zgrubienie, przy czym zgrubienie to rozpoczyna sie z przodu i z tylu - od dolnego wglebienia i przechodzi na bok pojemnika od strony uchwytu. Boki pojemnika w widoku z przodu i z tylu maja ksztalt fali - w czesci srodkowej pojemnika sa wklesle, rozszerzaja sie u dolu w kierunku plaskiej podstawy, zas u góry najpierw rozszerzaja sie, a nastepnie zwezaja w kierunku gwintowanej szyjki pojemnika. W widoku z obydwu boków pojemnik ma obrys zblizony do trapezu, którego boki u góry zwezaja sie w kierunku krótszej podstawy, natomiast u dolu dluzszej podstawy - sa nieznacznie odsadzone na zewnatrz, a nastepnie sciete, zas naroza przy dolnej podstawie sa zaokraglone. W widoku z góry i z dolu pojemnik ma ksztalt prostokata o wypuklych dluzszych bokach i zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym jeden z krótszych boków i stykajace sie z nim dluzsze boki, na odcinku okolo jednej piatej swej dlugosci, sa nieznacznie odsadzone do wewnatrz. Krawedzie pojemnika sa nieznacznie zaokraglone. Nasadka pojemnika ma postac walca, zaopatrzonego u dolu w trapezowy kolnierz, wyposazony od wewnatrz w gwint, natomiast od zewnatrz - w moletowane scianki, ulatwiajace nakrecanie i odkrecanie nasadki. The essence of the design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the container, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the container, Fig. 3 shows the same container from the front, Fig. 4 shows the same container from the back, Fig. 5 shows the same container from the side, Fig. 6 shows the same container from the other side, Fig. 7 shows the same container from above, and Fig. 8 shows the same container from below. Essential features of the industrial design. The container shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 8 is equipped at the top, in the center, with a threaded neck provided with a circular outlet opening, onto which a cap is screwed, while at the front and rear in the upper part there are bilaterally symmetrical recesses with an ear-shaped rim, forming a handle, and at the bottom, diagonally to the handle, there are bilaterally symmetrical, oblique, shaped recesses. Furthermore, the container is provided at the front and rear, at the bottom, with a symmetrical thickening parallel to the base, wherein this thickening originates at the front and rear, from the lower recess, and extends to the side of the container on the handle side. The container's sides, viewed from the front and back, are wave-shaped. They are concave in the center, widening at the bottom toward the flat base, and widening at the top, then tapering toward the threaded neck of the container. Viewed from both sides, the container has a trapezoidal outline, with the top sides tapering toward the shorter base, while the bottom sides of the longer base are slightly offset outward and then beveled, while the corners at the lower base are rounded. Viewed from above and below, the container has a rectangular shape with convex long sides and rounded corners, with one of the shorter sides and the adjacent long sides, for a distance of about one-fifth of their length, being slightly offset inward. The edges of the container are slightly rounded. The container cap is in the form of a cylinder, provided with a trapezoidal collar at the bottom, equipped with a thread on the inside and knurled walls on the outside, facilitating screwing on and off the cap. The container, according to the model, is preferably made of transparent plastic or glass, while the cap is made of translucent plastic.
