Pierwszenstwo: 6 czerwiec 2002 r. Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 6 grudnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przybór do pisania. Wzór obejmuje dwie odmiany przyboru. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Nowosc i oryginalnosc przyboru do pisania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do znanych rozwiazan przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztalcie, kolorystyce, materiale i jego strukturze.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i na rysunku zbiorczym. The design includes two varieties of the instrument. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an object with an individual character. The novelty and originality of the writing instrument based on the industrial design, in relation to known solutions, is manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape, colors, materials, and its structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs and in the collective drawing. The writing instrument consists of a body and , a lower tip 2, an actuating mechanism 3 and a clip 4. The instrument is available in two varieties, which differ in the shape of the actuating mechanism cap 3. Body 1 is a cylindrical tube, which at approximately 1/3 of the height from the bottom has a narrowing in the form of an annular groove. Tip 2 has the shape of a truncated cone with a slightly convex side wall surface. The actuating mechanism 3 is symmetrical about the vertical axis of the cap on a cylindrical base with a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the body 1. In variant 1, the upper part of the cap is slightly convex, while in variant 2 it is flat. The clip 4 is a spring clip with a handle of rectangular cross-section, connected to a ring by means of which the clip 4 is placed on the upper end of the body 1. The clip is a cylindrical rod shaped into two parallel arms bent circularly in the lower part. In a side view, the clip has a lower part bent away from the body 1. The clip 4 with a handle of rectangular cross-section is a separate product. The body 1 and the clip pin 4 are made of metal or another material, and the tip 2 and the actuating mechanism 3 are made of any material contrasting in color with the material of the body 1. All components of the writing instrument are manufactured and sold separately. For this reason, they are treated as spare or replacement parts. Essential features of the industrial design: - body shape 1: cylindrical, with a narrowing in the form of an annular groove approximately 1/3 of the height from the bottom - tip 2 in the shape of a truncated cone with a slightly convex side wall - actuating mechanism 3 in a form symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis of the cap on a cylindrical base with a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of body 1 - in variant 1, the upper part of the cap of the actuating mechanism 3 is convex, and in variant 2 it is flat - shape of clip 4: a spring clip with a handle of rectangular cross-section. The clip is a cylindrical rod shaped into two parallel arms, bent circularly in the lower part. The lower part of the clip is bent outwards in relation to the arms - the body and the trigger mechanism 3 are made of metal - the tip 2 and the actuating mechanism 3 are made of any material contrasting in color with the material of the body 1.
