PL PLThe Ornamental Design Registration Right is valid from February 17, 2000. The design is a new form of a bottle stand, manifesting itself in its shape, surface properties, and color. The design is shown in the attached photograph in a perspective view. The stand is in the form of a bird, constructed from a metallic rod, in which the supporting portion for the bottle, the body of the standing bird, is formed by a basket composed of two parallel rods and perpendicular metallic arcs, concave at the top and convex at the bottom, terminating in branched, straight rods forming the bird's tail. At the bottom of the parallel rods are bent rods forming the bird's legs, with an obtuse bending angle, terminating in rods with an acute angle opening forward and one rod pointing backward. At the top of the stand, on the neck of the bottle, a bird's head is placed in the form of several coils of a metallic spring and a metallic bird's beak extending from it, in the shape of two slightly open pairs of metallic triangles with a serrated inner surface of the beak. At the top of the beak are arched, diverging rods forming the bird's comb, from which extend round metallic rods ending in convex circles forming the bird's eyes.
