Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do herbaty, stosowane w branzy spozywczej. Nowa i oryginalna postac opakowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ksztalcie oraz przez uklad linii. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma forme klina dwustronnego, którego wezsze scianki boczne na wiekszej czesci swojej wysokosci sa wklesniete. Na frontowej sciance opakowania znajduje sie stylizowany rysunek czajnika z dziobkiem. Korpus czajnika ma ksztalt trójkata równoramiennego, którego wierzcholek jest zakon- czony pólkolem. Uchwyt czajnika ma forme pól pierscienia. Frontowa scianka opakowania w obrebie zarysu korpusu czajnika ma przezroczy- sta sciane w ksztalcie trapezu. Opakowanie na swojej powierzchni posiada elementy gra- ficzne, które przedstawiaja stylizowane spirale oraz listki. W górnej czesci scianki fron- towej znajduje sie znak firmowy ora z pola na wyrazy ogólnoinforrr\|pyjpe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie do ^erbaty w widoku ^erspekty- wicznym z przodu, a fig.2 - fotografie opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z boku.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Opakowanie do herbaty ma forme klina dwustronnego, którego wezsze scianki boczne na wiekszej czesci swojej wysokosci sa wklesniete. The new and original form of the packaging according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape and line arrangement. The packaging according to the industrial design is in the form of a double-sided wedge, the narrower side walls of which are concave for most of their height. The front wall of the packaging features a stylized image of a kettle with a spout. The kettle body is in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the apex of which ends in a semicircle. The kettle handle is in the form of a half-ring. The front wall of the packaging, within the outline of the kettle body, has a transparent trapezoidal wall. The packaging surface features graphic elements depicting stylized spirals and leaves. The upper part of the front wall features the trademark and a field for the words "general information." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a tea packaging in a front perspective view, and Fig. 2 - a photograph of the packaging in a side perspective view.
