Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie dó lodów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania przejawiajaca sie w naniesionym na nim obrazie graficznym z napisami zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie do lodów w postaci obrazu graficznego wierzchniej strony i przyleglych do niej scian bocznych. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging, manifested in a graphic image with inscriptions applied to it, intended for aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ice cream packaging in the form of a graphic image of the top side and adjacent side walls. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the ice cream packaging consists of a sheet of material with a dark background on which inscriptions are placed and in the central place there is a three-dimensional drawing of an oval-shaped ice cream with a stick protruding from it, wherein the ice cream has a bitten front part revealing its cross-section, i.e. the inner white mass and the outer brown icing with sprinkles, and along the ice cream there is the inscription MAGIC TOFFI, the first letters of which are enlarged, and next to the ice cream stick there is a red rectangular triangle with an arcuate and jagged hypotenuse, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1.
