Cukierki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa cukierki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztalt cukierków oraz wypukla litera " B ". Cukierki sa blizej przedstawione na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane cukierka w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane cukierka w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia druga odmiane cukierka w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 przed- stawia druga odmiane cukierka w widoku z boku. Pierwsza odmiana cukierka ma ksztalt plaskiego walca umieszczone- go pomiedzy splaszczonymi stozkami scietymi o zaokraglonej tworzacej. Na wierzcholkach stozków scietych znajduja sie wypuklosci w ksztalcie litery " B " oraz po trzy paleczki z lewej i prawej strony litery. Druga odmiana cukierka ma ksztalt splaszczonych dwóch stozków scietych polaczonych podstawami. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the candy and the convex letter "B." The candy is more closely illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first candy variant from above, Fig. 2 shows the first candy variant from above, Fig. 3 shows the second candy variant from above, and Fig. 4 shows the second candy variant from above. The first candy variant has the shape of a flat cylinder placed between flattened truncated cones with a rounded generatrix. At the tops of the truncated cones are protrusions in the shape of the letter "B," and three sticks are located to the left and right of the letter. The second candy variant has the shape of two flattened truncated cones connected at their bases.
