Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na wyroby czekoladowe przeznaczone do konfekcjonowania wyrobów czekoladowych w postaci figur szachowych i warcabowych oraz do gry, zwlaszcza w szachy i warcaby. Znane ze stosowania opakowania wyrobów czekoladowych w formie bombonierek sa o róznych ksztaltach lecz o jednolitej barwie i posiadaja na czolowej scianie rysunek przedstawiajacy wyroby czekoladowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac opakowania na wyroby czekoladowe, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rysunku na czolowej scianie i barwie. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej i wysokosci wielokrotnie mniejszej niz pozostale jego wymiary. Sklada sie z dwu podobnych czesci, nakladanych na siebie, wykonanych z dowolnego materialu, korzystnie z kartonu. Dno opakowania stanowi czesc wewnetrzna, a sciany boczne i sciane czolowa stanowi czesc wierzchnia. Opakowanie ma jednobarwne tlo a na czolowej, wierzchniej scianie posiada dwukolorowa szachownice. Wzdluz krótszej krawedzi tej sciany miesci sie pas na którym sa napisy i postacie wyrobów czekoladowych w ksztalcie szachów i warcabów. Cechy istotne kolejnej odmiany wzoru stanowi postac opakowania, które ma czarny kolor tla i ciemnych pól szachownicy oraz napisy w kolorze czerwonym z obwódka w kolorze zlotym i napisy oraz liczby i cyfry w kolorze zlotym, a figury do gry w kolorze bialym i czarnym, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 3 . PLThe subject of the industrial design is packaging for chocolate products, intended for packaging chocolate products in the form of chess and checkers pieces, and for games, particularly chess and checkers. Chocolate packaging in the form of boxes, known for their use, comes in various shapes but is uniform in color and features a design depicting chocolate products on the front panel. The essence of the design is a new and original form of chocolate packaging, manifested in the shape, the design on the front panel, and the color. The packaging, according to the industrial design, is in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base and a height many times smaller than its other dimensions. It consists of two similar, overlapping parts made of any material, preferably cardboard. The bottom of the packaging constitutes the inner part, while the side walls and the front wall constitute the outer part. The packaging has a single-color background and a two-color checkerboard pattern on the front and top panel. Along the shorter edge of this panel is a strip of text and chocolate confectionery figures in the shape of chess and checkers. These features predispose the design to industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a packaging for chocolate products with a cherry-red background, Fig. 2 a perspective view of the packaging with a white background color variant, and Fig. 3 a perspective view of another color variant of the packaging with a black background 1. The essential features of the industrial design are a new form of packaging, which has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base, a drawing of a two-color, white and brown chessboard placed on the front, top wall and a cherry-red background color, as well as inscriptions in white and gold, and figures of playing pieces in red and gold, located on the front strip, above the chessboard and on the side walls. The chessboard squares are marked with white numbers and numerals on the outside, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1. 2. The essential features of this design variant are the packaging, which has a white background, red and brown lettering, and white and brown game pieces.
