Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób cukierniczy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania tworzacych go elementów, a przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem wyrobu cukierniczego wedlug wzoru, a fig. 2 jest kopia fotografii wyrobu cukierniczego wzoru przemyslowego. Wyrób cukierniczy ma ksztalt truskawki z listkami, której czesc dolna powierzchni okrywa polewa czekoladowa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its constituent elements, and manifesting itself in the original shape and arrangement of the design's edges. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a view of the confectionery product according to the design, and Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the confectionery product of the industrial design. The confectionery product has the shape of a strawberry with leaves, the lower part of which is covered with chocolate icing. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The confectionery product in the shape of a strawberry with leaves has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which the lower part of the strawberry's surface is covered with chocolate icing, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and f g. 2.
