Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób cukierniczy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania tworzacych go elementów, a przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem wyrobu cukierniczego, a fig. 2 jest kopia fotografii wyrobu cukierniczego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Wyrób cukierniczy ma ksztalt banana, z powierzchni którego wychodzi patyk oraz wstazka przylegajaca do powierzchni banana w miejscu wyjscia patyka, przy czym powierzchnie banana okrywa polewa czekoladowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wyrób cukierniczy o ksztalcie banana, ma postaciowe cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, wedlug których z banana wychodzi patyk oraz wstazka przylegajaca do powierzchni banana w miejscu wyjscia patyka, przy czym powierzchnie banana okrywa polewa czekoladowa, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i 2.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a confectionery product. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its constituent elements, and manifested in the original shape and arrangement of the design's edges. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a view of the confectionery product, and Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the confectionery product based on the industrial design. The confectionery product is shaped like a banana, with a stick extending from its surface and a ribbon adhering to the banana's surface at the stick's exit, with the banana's surface covered with chocolate icing. Significant features of an industrial design A banana-shaped confectionery product has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which a stick protrudes from the banana and a ribbon adheres to the surface of the banana at the point where the stick exits, wherein the surface of the banana is covered with chocolate icing, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2.
