Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do lodów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania przejawiajaca sie w naniesionym na nim obrazie graficznym z napisami zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym - fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane opakowania do lodów w postaci obrazu graficznego wierzchniej strony i przyleglych do niej scian bocznych, - fig.2 przedstawia druga odmiane opakowania do lodów w postaci obrazu graficznego wierzchniej strony i przyleglych do niej scian bocznych opakowania. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pierwsza odmiana opakowania do lodów, stanowi arkusz materialu, który ma jasno kakaowe tlo, na którym umieszczone sa napisy a w centralnym miejscu umieszczony jest przestrzenny rysunek loda o owalnym ksztalcie z wystajacym z niego patykiem, przy czym lód ma czesc czolowa nadgryziona uwidaczniajaca jego przekrój poprzeczny czyli wewnetrzna biala mase i zewnetrzna brazowa polewe a u góry loda usytuowany jest napis CASSIE CHAMPION, którego pierwsze litery obu wyrazów sa powiekszone, zas przy napisie sa usytuowane rulony kolorowego papieru, z których dwa sa równolegle a jeden jest ukosny i urwany, a przy rulonach sa dwa zielone listki,natomiast przy patyku umieszczony jest rysunek siedzacego kangura z rekawicami bokserskimi, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii fig.1. PLThe subject of the industrial design is an ice cream packaging. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging, manifested in a graphic image with inscriptions applied to it, intended for aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the ice cream packaging in the form of a graphic image of the top side and adjacent side walls; - Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the ice cream packaging in the form of a graphic image of the top side and adjacent side walls. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first variant of the ice cream packaging consists of a sheet of material with a light cocoa background, on which inscriptions are placed, and in the central place there is a three-dimensional drawing of an oval-shaped ice cream with a stick protruding from it, the front of the ice cream having a bitten part, revealing its cross-section, i.e. the inner white mass and the outer brown icing, and at the top of the ice cream there is the inscription CASSIE CHAMPION, the first letters of which are enlarged, and next to the inscription there are rolls of colored paper, two of which are parallel and one is diagonal and torn, and next to the rolls there are two green leaves, while next to the stick there is a drawing of a sitting kangaroo with boxing gloves, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1. The second type of ice cream packaging, consisting of a sheet of material, is characterized by a light green background with inscriptions and in the central place a three-dimensional drawing of an ice cream with an oval tip and a stick sticking out of it, the body of the ice cream having pieces of nut kernels sticking out of it and a brown coating, and at the top of the ice cream there is a green inscription CASSIE NUSSIS, the first letters of which are enlarged, and next to the inscription there is a hazelnut with green leaves, while next to the stick there is a drawing of a sitting penguin with a scarf and an umbrella, the penguin having a light yellow belly and a black back with upper paws, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 2.
