Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka korzystnie porcelanowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Widok figurki w ujeciu z przodu zaprezentowano na Fig. 1 , a na Fig. 2 ukazano widok figurki z boku. Wyrób porcelanowy moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia figurke kobiety spacerujacej z psem. Figurke skomponowano w ten sposób, ze obie postaci znamionuje duza dynamika ruchu. Wskazuje na to wyrazenie energicznego kroku kobiecej sylwetki i jej rozwianych wlosów oraz potarganej siersci psa. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the item, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a general view in the attached illustrations. A front view of the figurine is presented in Fig. 1, and a side view of the figurine is shown in Fig. 2. The porcelain product can be made in any color. Essential features of an industrial design: The industrial design is characterized by the figurine of a woman walking her dog. The figurine is composed in such a way that both figures are characterized by a high dynamic of movement. This is indicated by the energetic stride of the woman's silhouette, her flowing hair, and the dog's tousled fur.
