Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania czystego kwasu fosforowego na bazie struwitu charakteryzujący się tym, że surowiec fosforowy stanowiący mieszaninę fosforytu w ilości od 70% do 99,5% i struwitu w ilości od 0,5% do 30% poddaje się homogenizacji i podgrzewaniu do temperatury 70 - 90°C, następnie przy ciągłym mieszaniu z prędkością 200 - 400 obr./min i utrzymując temperaturę dodaje się stechiometryczną ilość kwasu mineralnego wybranego z grupy: kwas siarkowy(VI) lub kwas solny lub kwas azotowy(V), mieszanie kontynuuje się przez 60 min do czasu otrzymania produktu, w postaci zawiesiny lub roztworu ekstrakcyjnego kwasu fosforowego o stężeniu od 12% do mas. P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>.
