Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja modyfikatora procesu spalania do napędowych olejów opałowych, zawierająca koloidalne cząstki nanotlenków żelaza trójwartościowego rozproszone w niepolarnym rozpuszczalniku węglowodorowym, stabilizator dyspersji nanotlenków żelaza, inhibitor korozji, inhibitor pienienia o właściwościach deemulgujących, a ponadto ewentualnie co najmniej jeden składnik taki jak modyfikator tarcia, inhibitor utleniania, biocyd, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: - od 0,2 %(m/m) do 50,0 %(m/m) katalizatora procesu spalania w postaci koloidalnej dyspersji nanotlenków żelaza trójwartościowego jako koloidalnego nośnika tlenu o średniej średnicy hydrodynamicznej wynoszącej od 10 nanometrów do 25 nanometrów, w niepolarnym rozpuszczalniku węglowodorowym, będącym aromatyczną frakcją naftową o zakresie temperatur wrzenia od 155°C do 180°C w warunkach normalnych, w której to dyspersji stosunek masowy nanotlenków żelaza do rozpuszczalnika zawarty jest w przedziale od 0,4 do 0,8 - od 0,05 %(m/m) do 40,0 %(m/m) stabilizatora dyspersji nanotlenków żelaza trójwartościowego w postaci soli amoniowej amin alicyklicznych i nienasyconych i/lub nasyconych kwasów nanokarboksylowych o ilości atomów węgla w łańcuchu węglowodorowym od 18 do 24, przy czym jako sole amoniowe amin alicyklicznych i kwasów monokarboksylowych stosuje się sole amin wybranych z grupy obejmującej N,N-dimetylocykloheksyloaminę, N,N-dietylocykloheksyloaminę, N,N-dipropylocykloheksyloaminę, N,N-dizopropylocykloheksyloaminę, N,N-dibutylocykloheksyloaminę, N,N-diheksylocykloheksyloaminę, N,N-di(2-etyloheksylo)cykloheksyloaminę i kwasów wybranych z grupy obejmującej kwas oleinowy, kwas linolowy, kwas linolenowy, kwasy oleju talowego, - od 0,1 %(m/m) do 30,0 %(m/m) ciekłego organicznego nośnika tlenu w postaci alfa-dodecylofenoksy-omega-poli(propylenoksy) propanolu o średnim liczbowym ciężarze cząsteczkowym wynoszącym od 1500 g/mol do 2100 g/mol lub alfa-tridekanoksy-omega-poli(propylenoksy) propanolu o średnim liczbowym ciężarze cząsteczkowym wynoszącym od 1300 g/mol do 1700 g/mol, przy czym stosunek masowy katalizatora procesu spalania w postaci koloidalnej dyspersji nanotlenków żelaza trójwartościowego do alfa-dodecylofenoksy-omega-poli(propylenoksy) propanolu lub alfa-tridekanoksy-omega-poli(propylenoksy) propanolu wynosi od 1,0 : 0,2 do 1,0 : 0,5, - od 0,1 %(m/m) do 5,0 %(m/m) inhibitora pienienia o właściwościach deemulgujących, który zawiera kopolimery polidimetylosiloksanopolieterowe lub organomodyfikowane polidimetylosiloksany, - od 50,0 %(m/m) do 80,0 %(m/m) rozpuszczalnika węglowodorowego będącego wysokoaromatyczną frakcją naftową o ilości węgla w cząsteczce od 9 do 12 i końcowej temperaturze wrzenia 250°C w warunkach normalnych, - od 0,1 %(m/m) do 18,0 %(m/m) inhibitora korozji, którym jest co najmniej jeden związek wybrany z grupy obejmującej kwas dodecenylodikarboksylowy, semiestry kwasu dodecenylodikarboksylowego z glikolem etylenowym lub propylenowym, kwas nonylofenylooctowy, kwas dodecylofenoksyoctowy, etoksylowany nonylofenol, produkty reakcji sarkozyny i nienasyconych kwasów tłuszczowych o ilości atomów węgla w łańcuchu alifatycznym od 12 do 24, a ponadto ewentualnie: od 1,0 %(m/m) do 25,0 %(m/m) modyfikatora tarcia, którym jest co najmniej jeden związek wybrany z grupy obejmującej kwasy tłuszczowe takie jak kwas oleinowy, kwas linolenowy, kwas linolowy, kwasy oleju talowego, monooleinian gliceryny, - od 0,15 %(m/m) do 8,0 %(m/m) inhibitora utleniania, którym jest co najmniej jeden związek wybrany z grupy obejmującej 2,6-ditert-butylo-4-metylofenol, 2-tert-butylofenol, 4-tert-butylofenol, 2,4-ditert-butynofenol, 2-tert-4,6-dimetylofenol, 2,6-ditert-bulylo-4-etylofenol, 2,6-ditert-butylo-4-n-butylofenol, 2,6-ditert-butylo-4-izobutylofenol, 2,6-di-cyklopentylo-4-metylofenol, 2,6-oktadecylo-4-metylofenol, 2,4,6-tri-cykloheksylofenol, 2,6-ditert-butylo-4-nonylofenol, 2,6-ditert-oktylofenol, 2,6-dinonylo-4-metylofenol, - od 0,01 %(m/m) do 15,0 %(m/m) biocydu o działaniu biobójczym, którym jest 3,3'-metylenobis(5-metylo-1,3-oksazolidyna) 4,4'-dimetylooksazolidyna.
