Profil Aluminiowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: Pierwszenstwo 21 marca 2002 (Niemcy) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil aluminiowy stosowany w meblarstwie jako podluznica i/lub listwa polaczeniowa, albo ochronna. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie nowa postacia profilu aluminiowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i konfiguracji jego elementów. Profil aluminiowy jest pokazany na lysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok profilu w ksztalcie litery L, fig 2. - widok profilu z fig. 1 o konfiguracji w ksztalcie litery U, fig. 3 - widok profilu z fig 1 o konfiguracji w ksztalcie litery H i fig 4 - widok profilu z fig. 1 o konfiguracji polaczonych ze soba bokami znaków HU.Jak pokazano na fig. 1, profil aluminiowy w ksztalcie litery L ma odchodzace od siebie pod katem prostym dwie scianki, których podluzne, zewnetrzne krawedzie sa zaokraglone. Na fig. 2 do 4 pokazano trzy odmiany profilu aluminiowego z fig. 1 w których ten podstawowy profil jest polaczony w róznych konfiguracjach. Na fig. 2 pokazano pierwsza odmiane profilu z fig. 1, która ma ksztalt litery U z prosta scianka podstawy od której odchodza do góry pod katem prostym dwie równolegle scianki z zaokraglonymi podluznymi, zewnetrznymi, krawedziami. W pokazanej na fig. 3 drugiej odmianie wykonania, profil aluminiowy jest skonfigurowany w ksztalcie litery H, z czterema zaokraglonymi podluznymi, zewnetrznymi krawedziami jego dwóch zewnetrznych scianek. The subject of the industrial design is an aluminum profile used in the furniture industry as a stringer and/or connecting or protective strip. The industrial design is characterized by a new form of aluminum profile, manifested in the shape and configuration of its elements. The aluminum profile is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of an L-shaped profile, Fig. 2 - a view of the profile from Fig. 1 with a U-shaped configuration, Fig. 3 - a view of the profile from Fig. 1 with an H-shaped configuration, and Fig. 4 - a view of the profile from Fig. 1 with the configuration of the characters HU connected at the sides. As shown in Fig. 1, the L-shaped aluminum profile has two walls extending from each other at right angles, the longitudinal outer edges of which are rounded. Figs. 2 to 4 show three variations of the aluminum profile from Fig. 1 in which this basic profile is connected in different configurations. Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the profile from Fig. 1, which has a U-shape with a straight base wall from which two parallel walls with rounded longitudinal outer edges extend upwards at right angles. In the second variation shown in Fig. 3, the aluminum profile is configured in the shape of the letter H, with four rounded longitudinal outer edges of its two outer walls. In the third variation of the aluminum profile configuration shown in Fig. 4, it has the shape of interconnected HU characters with three rounded longitudinal outer edges of its three outer walls.
