UCHWYT MEBLOWY ALUMINIOWY Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest uchwyt meblowy aluminiowy. Moze on byc stosowany zarówno do mebli pokojowych, kuchennych jak i systemowych. Jego ksztalt zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych do wniosku fotografii „Fig." 1 oraz rysunku 2. Fotografia przedstawia uchwyt w rzutach : z frontu 1A, z boku (profil) 1B, od strony wewnetrznej 1C oraz przekrój boczny 1D. W widoku od strony wewnetrznej 1C, uchwyt sklada sie z czesci srodkowej (lacznika), stanowiacego czesc zasadnicza uchwytu oraz dwóch wciskanych „zakonczen" stanowiacych jednoczesnie element mocowania uchwytu do mebla. Owe „zakonczenia" posiadaja gwintowane otwory na sruby mocujace. Sama zas czesc zasadnicza uchwytu posiada dwa wyfrezowane naciecia wzdluz calej jego dlugosci. W widoku czesci frontowej 1A widac wyraznie, ze element zasadniczy uchwytu posiada gladka prosta powierzchnie z efektem delikatnego polysku, ale bez elementów zdobniczych. Zakonczenia uchwytu maja karbowana powierzchnie frontowa co wyraznie co wyraznie jest widoczne na powierzchni frontowej. Kazde z tych zewnetrznych zakonczen posiada po 5 takich karbowanych naciec. W widoku z boku (profilu) 1B, widac wyraznie w jaki sposób laczone sa owe zakonczenia z czescia zasadnicza. W swym przekroju przypominaja one odwrócona litere L z lukiem wewnetrznym niemal zblizonym do kata prostego. Wyraznie zauwazalna jest róznica w grubosci zewnetrznych zakonczen oraz elementu zasadniczego uchwytu. Te pierwsze sa znacznie grubsze (masywniejsze), co znacznie podkresla ich walor wizualny, zwlaszcza biorac pod uwage wspomniany wczesniej efekt zdobniczy - karbowane powierzchnie zewnetrzne. Ostatni rzut - 1D jest przekrojem stanowi przekrój elementu zewnetrznego uchwytu. W swym ksztalcie jest zblizony do pionowego prostokata zakonczonego od strony frontowej eliptycznym lukiem. 1Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie uchwytu meblowego, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, wykonczeniu, zastosowanych elementów zdobniczych, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Oryginalnosc prezentowanego uchwytu meblowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie uchwytu jako integralnej calosci oraz jego poszczególnych elementów, tj. uchwytu zasadniczego oraz nakladanych na niego zakonczen zewnetrznych. Najistotniejszymi cechami prezentowanego uchwytu sa elementy zdobnicze zakonczen, proporcje wielkosci pomiedzy nimi a zasadnicza czescia uchwytu, a takze ksztalt przekroju bocznego wspomnianych zakonczen. 2„Fig." 1„Fig." 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLALUMINUM FURNITURE HANDLE The subject of this application is an aluminum furniture handle. It can be used for living room furniture, kitchen furniture, and modular furniture. Its shape is shown in photographs "Fig." 1 and Figure 2 attached to the application. The photograph shows the handle in the following views: front view 1A, side view (profile) 1B, internal view 1C, and side cross-section 1D. In the internal view 1C, the handle consists of a central part (connector), which is the main part of the handle, and two pressed-in "ends" which are also the element for fastening the handle to the furniture. These "ends" have threaded holes for mounting screws. The main part of the handle itself has two milled notches along its entire length. In the front view (1A), it is clear that the main element of the handle has a smooth, straight surface with a subtle sheen, but without decorative elements. The handle ends have a ribbed front surface, which is clearly visible on the front. Each of these external ends has five such ribbed indentations. In the side (profile) view (1B), it is clear how these ends are joined to the main element. In cross-section, they resemble an inverted L with an internal arc almost approaching a right angle. The difference in thickness between the external ends and the main element of the handle is clearly noticeable. The former are significantly thicker (more massive), which significantly enhances their visual value, especially considering the previously mentioned decorative effect – ribbed external surfaces. The last view - 1D - is a cross-section of the handle's outer element. Its shape resembles a vertical rectangle with an elliptical arc at the front. 1. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is a new, three-dimensional design of the furniture handle, manifesting itself in its shape, line layout, color scheme, finish, and decorative elements, all designed to achieve aesthetic and functional goals. The originality of the presented furniture handle is manifested in the shape of the handle as an integral whole and its individual elements, i.e., the main handle and the external finials placed on it. The most important features of the presented handle are the decorative elements of the finials, the proportions between them and the main part of the handle, as well as the shape of the lateral cross-section of the finials. 2.
