WIENIE C MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieniec meblowy przeznaczony jako element wykonczeniowy mebli jak na przyklad: szaf, komód, nadstawek komód, kredensów, biurek itd. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac wienca przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu, elementów zdobniczych polegajacych na podkresleniu naturalnych cech drewna, z jakiego wieniec zrobiono. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano wieniec w widoku aksonometrycznym, na fig. 2 wieniec w widoku z przodu oraz fotografii gdzie na fig. 3 pokazano wieniec w widoku ogólnym i na fig. 4 pokazano fragment - naroznik wienca. Widoczne na zdjeciach elementy mebla nie podlegaja ochronie. CECH Y ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO: 1. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi jakby zestaw elementów przestrzennych schodzacych schodkowo w dól ku meblowi, najpierw dwóch malejacych form prostokatnych, pod którymi jest element w ksztalcie cwierc walka a pod nim element o ukosnej pólokraglo wkleslej bocznej plaszczyznie, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3 i fig. 4.2. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zastosowano wobec niego techniki uszlachetniajace i postarzajace, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 i fig. 2.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLFURNITURE WREATH C The subject of the industrial design is a furniture wreath intended as a finishing element for furniture such as wardrobes, chests of drawers, chests of drawers extensions, sideboards, desks, etc. The essence of the design is the original structure and simple form of the wreath, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from the color scheme and specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape, decorative elements emphasizing the natural characteristics of the wood from which the wreath is made. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the wreath in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 the wreath in a front view, and in a photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the wreath in a general view, and Fig. 4 shows a fragment – a corner of the wreath. The furniture elements visible in the photographs are not subject to protection. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: 1. The furniture ring is characterized by the fact that it constitutes a set of spatial elements descending stepwise down towards the furniture, first two decreasing rectangular forms, under which there is an element in the shape of a quarter cylinder and below it an element with an oblique semicircular concave lateral plane, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.2.
