WIENIE C MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieniec meblowy przeznaczony jako element wykonczeniowy mebli jak na przyklad: szaf, komód, nadstawek komód, kredensów, biurek itd. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac wienca przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu, elementów zdobniczych polegajacych na podkresleniu naturalnych cech drewna, z jakiego wieniec zrobiono. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano wieniec w widoku ogólnym. Widoczne na zdjeciach elementy mebla nie podlegaja ochronie. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO: 1. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt plyty w srodkowej czesci wypietrzonej ku górze lagodnym lukiem, przy czym jego zewnetrzne krawedzie kaskadowo schodza w dól bedac polaczeniem dwóch elementów, to jest prostokatnego, którego dolna krawedz zostala wglebnie pólokraglo wyprofilowana oraz trójkatnego o lukowato wkleslym boku, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1.2. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zastosowano wobec niego techniki uszlachetniajace i postarzajace jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1.Fig. 1 PLFURNITURE WREATH C. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture wreath intended as a finishing element for furniture such as wardrobes, chests of drawers, chests of drawers extensions, sideboards, desks, etc. The essence of the design is the original structure and simple form of the wreath, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from the color scheme and specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape, decorative elements emphasizing the natural characteristics of the wood from which the wreath is made. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the wreath. The furniture elements visible in the photos are not subject to protection. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: 1. The furniture ring is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a plate in the central part, which is raised upwards in a gentle arch, while its outer edges cascade downwards, being a combination of two elements, i.e. a rectangular element, the lower edge of which is recessed into a semicircular profile, and a triangular element with an arc-concave side, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1.2.
