WIENIE C MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieniec meblowy przeznaczony jako element wykonczeniowy mebli jak na przyklad: szaf, komód, nadstawek komód, kredensów, biurek itd. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac wienca przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu, elementów zdobniczych polegajacych na podkresleniu naturalnych cech drewna, z jakiego wieniec zrobiono. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano wieniec w widoku aksonometrycznym, na fig. 2 wieniec w widoku z przodu oraz fotografii gdzie na fig. 3 pokazano wieniec w widoku ogólnym i na fig. 4 pokazano fragment - naroznik wienca. Widoczne na zdjeciach elementy mebla nie podlegaja ochronie. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO: 1. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma profil w schematycznym zarysie podobny do kata ostrego trójkata, zlozony z kaskadowo schodzacych do pewnego momentu w dól, a pózniej pod góre form przestrzennych o skosnych, pólokraglych bokach, tak jakby byly na siebie nalozone kolejne, sciete pryzmatoidy o wypuklych bocznych scianach, z tym, ze pierwszy element pod centralnym, najwiekszym pryzmatoidem jest cofniety od jego krawedzi, a jego zewnetrzna plaszczyzna stanowi polaczenie prostokata z trójkatem, w ten sposób, ze na prostokat jest nalozony trójkat, którego boki schodza w kierunku mebla zas na nie jestnalozony kolejny mniejszy pryzmatoid, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 I fig. 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3 i fig. 4. 2. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zastosowano wobec niego techniki uszlachetniajace i postarzajace jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 3 i 4.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig . 3 Fig . 4 PLFURNITURE WREATH C The subject of the industrial design is a furniture wreath intended as a finishing element for furniture such as wardrobes, chests of drawers, chests of drawers extensions, sideboards, desks, etc. The essence of the design is the original structure and simple form of the wreath, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from the color scheme and specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape, decorative elements emphasizing the natural characteristics of the wood from which the wreath is made. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the wreath in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 the wreath in a front view, and in a photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the wreath in a general view, and Fig. 4 shows a fragment – a corner of the wreath. The furniture elements visible in the photographs are not subject to protection. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: 1. The furniture ring is characterized by having a profile schematically similar to an acute angle of a triangle, composed of spatial forms with oblique, semicircular sides cascading downwards to a certain point and then upwards, as if successive, truncated prismatoids with convex side walls were superimposed on each other, but the first element under the central, largest prismatoid is set back from its edge, and its external plane is a combination of a rectangle and a triangle, in such a way that a triangle is superimposed on the rectangle, the sides of which descend towards the furniture, and another smaller prismatoid is superimposed on them, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. 2.
