UCHWYT MEBLOWY ALUMINIOWY-SZEROKI Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest uchwyt meblowy aluminiowy. Moze on byc stosowany zarówno do mebli pokojowych, kuchennych jak i systemowych. Jego ksztalt zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych do wniosku fotografii „Fig." 1 oraz rysunku 2. Fotografia przedstawia uchwyt w rzutach : z boku (profil) 1 A, z frontu 1B, od strony wewnetrznej 1C oraz przekrój boczny 1D. W widoku od strony wewnetrznej 1C, uchwyt sklada sie z czesci srodkowej (lacznika), stanowiacego czesc zasadnicza uchwytu oraz dwóch wciskanych „zakonczen" stanowiacych jednoczesnie element mocowania uchwytu do mebla. Owe „zakonczenia" posiadaja gwintowane otwory na sruby mocujace do mebli. W widoku czesci frontowej 1B widac wyraznie, ze element zasadniczy uchwytu posiada gladka, prosta powierzchnie z efektem delikatnego polysku, ale bez elementów zdobniczych. Zakonczenia uchwytu maja równiez gladka powierzchnie frontowa co wyraznie jest widoczne na powierzchni frontowej. Zakonczenia maja identyczna grubosc co czesc zasadnicza uchwytu. Sa one jednak wykonane w innym wybarwieniu (stanowiacym kontrast), co wyraznie widac w rzucie 1A na zalaczonej fotografii. W widoku z boku (profilu) 1A, widac wyraznie w jaki sposób laczone sa owe zakonczenia z czescia zasadnicza. W swym przekroju przypominaja one odwrócona litere L z lukiem wewnetrznym zblizonym do kata prostego. Wyraznie widac, zarówno zakonczenia jak i czesc zasadnicza maja identyczna grubosc. Ostatni rzut - 1D jest przekrojem stanowi przekrój elementu zewnetrznego uchwytu. W swym ksztalcie jest zblizony do pionowego prostokata. 1Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie uchwytu meblowego, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, wykonczeniu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. It can be used for living room furniture, kitchen furniture, and modular furniture. Its shape is shown in photographs "Fig." 1 and Figure 2 attached to the application. The photograph shows the handle in the following views: side (profile) 1A, front 1B, interior 1C, and side cross-section 1D. In the interior view 1C, the handle consists of a central part (connector), which is the main part of the handle, and two push-in "ends" which also constitute the element for fastening the handle to the furniture. These "ends" have threaded holes for screws for fastening to the furniture. In the front view (1B), it is clearly visible that the main element of the handle has a smooth, straight surface with a subtle sheen, but without decorative elements. The handle ends also have a smooth front surface, which is clearly visible on the front. The ends are identical in thickness to the main element of the handle. However, they are finished in a different color (contrasting), which is clearly visible in view (1A) in the attached photograph. In the side (profile) view (1A), it is clearly visible how these ends are joined to the main element. In their cross-section, they resemble an inverted L with an internal arc close to a right angle. It is clearly visible that both the ends and the main element are identical in thickness. The final view (1D) is a cross-section of the external element of the handle. In its shape, it is similar to a vertical rectangle. 1Essential features of an industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is a new, three-dimensional shape of a furniture handle, manifested in its shape, line layout, color, and finish, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The originality of the presented furniture handle is manifested in the shape of the handle as an integral whole and its individual elements, i.e. the main handle and the external endings placed on it. The most important features of the presented handle are: the color of the endings (different from the main part of the handle), the identical thickness of the endings and the main part of the handle, as well as the internal angle of the endings - a right angle.
