Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt elementu meblowego przejawiajacy sie w postaci ksztaltów profili spiralnych, usytuowanych równolegle wzgledem siebie i wymodelowanych w dolnej czesci elementu meblowego w kierunku skretnym odwrotnym dokierunku skretnego tych profili spiralnych w górnej czesci elementu meblowego, przy czym przegiecia poszczególnych profili spiralnych w czesci srodkowej wysokosci elementu meblowego maja rózne promienie luków tych przegiec.Fig. 1 PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a furniture element, most often constituting the body of small furniture such as a flower stand, a table, a floor lamp, or part of a balustrade. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the new shape of the spiral profiles in the furniture element. Previously known from the ornamental design Rz 11030, the table lamp element consisted of mutually parallel, identical spiral profiles with an equal and uniform right-handed pitch along its entire length. The furniture element is formed from three parallel wooden spiral profiles with the same torsion direction, initially to the right in the lower part of the furniture element, while in the middle, the spiral profiles have a left-hand bend, creating a spiral with a torsion direction opposite to that of the lower part of the element, i.e., to the left. The upper and lower ends of the spiral profiles have a larger cross-sectional width and are interconnected, while the cross-sectional shape of the spiral profiles is close to an oval with a flat outer surface. The spiral profiles have a polished, smooth, wood-colored surface. A significant feature of the industrial design is the shape of the furniture element, manifested by the shapes of the spiral profiles, arranged parallel to each other and modeled in the lower part of the furniture element in a torsion direction opposite to the torsion direction of the spiral profiles in the upper part of the furniture element.
