Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle.

Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i motywie zdobniczym. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape and decorative motive.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the same handle in a bottom view.

Uchwyt meblowy ma czesc chwytowa, posiadajaca w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, która na swych koncach zaopatrzona jest w odsadzenia o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym, usytuowane prostopadle do dolnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej. Odsadzenia czesci chwytowej na swych dolnych plaskich powierzchniach maja po dwa skrajne otwory kolowe, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie wyjecie profilowe. Z kolei na obu koncach górnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej znajduja sie ozdobniki utworzone z prostych odcinków w ksztalcie karbów i rowków. The furniture handle has a handle portion having the cross-sectional shape of a biconvex lens, which at its ends is provided with shoulders of rectangular cross-section situated perpendicularly to the lower convex surface of the grip portion. The shank offsets on their lower flat surfaces have two outermost circular holes, between which there is a profile opening. On the other hand, at both ends of the upper convex surface of the handle part, there are ornaments made of straight sections in the form of notches and grooves.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy posiadajacy czesc chwytowa zaopatrzona na swych koncach w odsadzenia z otworami, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - czesc chwytowa ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, która na swych koncach zaopatrzona jest w odsadzenia o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym, usytuowane prostopadle do dolnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej; - na koncach górnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej znajduja sie ozdobniki utworzone z prostych odcinków w ksztalcie karbów i rowków; - pomiedzy otworami odsadzen znajduje sie wyjecie profilowe.Significant features of an industrial design A furniture handle having a gripping part provided at its ends with protrusions with holes, shown in Figures 1 and 2, is characterized by the fact that: at insets of rectangular cross-section situated perpendicular to the lower convex surface of the grip; - at the ends of the upper convex surface of the grip part there are ornaments made of straight sections in the form of notches and grooves; - there is a profile opening between the shoulder openings.
