Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i motywie zdobniczym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy ma czesc chwytowa, posiadajaca w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, która na swych koncach zaopatrzona jest w odsadzenia o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym, usytuowane prostopadle do dolnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej. Odsadzenia czesci chwytowej na swych dolnych plaskich powierzchniach maja po dwa skrajne otwory kolowe, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie wyjecie profilowe. Z kolei na obu koncach górnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej znajduja sie ozdobniki utworzone z prostych odcinków w ksztalcie karbów i rowków. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy posiadajacy czesc chwytowa zaopatrzona na swych koncach w odsadzenia z otworami, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - czesc chwytowa ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, która na swych koncach zaopatrzona jest w odsadzenia o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym, usytuowane prostopadle do dolnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej; - na koncach górnej wypuklej powierzchni czesci chwytowej znajduja sie ozdobniki utworzone z prostych odcinków w ksztalcie karbów i rowków; - pomiedzy otworami odsadzen znajduje sie wyjecie profilowe. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and decorative motif. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle from below. The furniture handle has a grip section with a biconvex lens shape in cross-section, which is provided at its ends with offsets with a rectangular cross-section, situated perpendicular to the lower convex surface of the grip section. The offsets of the grip section on their lower flat surfaces each have two outer circular holes, between which is a profile cutout. In turn, both ends of the upper convex surface of the grip section feature ornamentation made of straight sections in the form of notches and grooves. Essential features of the industrial design: A furniture handle with a gripping part provided with offsets with holes at its ends, shown in Figures 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - the gripping part has a biconvex lens shape in cross-section, which is provided with offsets with a rectangular cross-section at its ends, situated perpendicularly to the lower convex surface of the gripping part; - at the ends of the upper convex surface of the gripping part there are ornaments made of straight sections in the form of notches and grooves; - between the offset holes there is a profile cutout.
