Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do róznego rodzaju mebli. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znany uchwyt meblowy o takiej fakturze. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma ksztalt figury geometrycznej, której czesc czolowa ma zdobienie w ksztalcie splotu maty z wlókien ratanowych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku od czola, a fig. 2 przedsta- wia uchwyt meblowy w widoku z boku w perspektywie. The applicant is not familiar with any furniture handles with this texture. The furniture handle, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a geometric figure, the front of which has a decoration in the shape of a rattan fiber mat weave. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the furniture handle from a side view in perspective.
