Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidu- alny charakter postac uchwytu meblowego, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu oraz jego ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt lukowy i jest zakonczony na dwóch koncach stopkami, których podstawy znajduja sie w jednej poziomej osi symetrii i sa prostopadle do promienia luku uchwytu, przy czym wewnetrzny promien luku uchwytu przechodzi w linie prostopadle do linii podstawy stopek, jak pokazano na fig.1. W górnej czesci powierzchni luku uchwytu meblowego wykonane sa otwory znajdujace sie w jego czesci srodkowej, rozmieszczone symetry-cznie w trzech rzedach, po czternascie otworów w kazdym rzedzie, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Powierzchnie uchwytu posiadaja gladka powierzchnie i moga byc mosia- dzowane z pokryciem lakierem bezbarwnym, mosiadzowane i patynowa- ne pokryte lakierem bezbarwnym, lub lakierowane proszkowo lub posia- dajace wykonczenie cynkowo-miedziowo niklowe lub cynkowo-miedzio- wo-niklowo-chromowe. PLThe industrial design is a new and unique form of a furniture handle, given to it in particular by the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The industrial design is presented in the drawing. The industrial design is characterized by the furniture handle having an arc shape and being terminated at both ends by feet whose bases are located on a single horizontal axis of symmetry and are perpendicular to the radius of the handle's arc, with the inner radius of the handle's arc extending into lines perpendicular to the feet's base line, as shown in Figure 1. The upper part of the furniture handle's arc surface has holes in its central part, arranged symmetrically in three rows, with fourteen holes in each row, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The handle surfaces have a smooth surface and can be brass-plated with a clear lacquer coating, brass-plated and patinated with a clear lacquer coating, powder-coated, or with a zinc-copper-nickel or zinc-copper-nickel-chrome finish.
