Abazur Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest abazur. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu abazuru. Abazur ma zastosowanie w wyrobach oswietleniowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia abazur w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- abazur w widoku z góry, fig.3- element abazuru w widoku z góry, a fig.4- rozlozone elementy abazuru ulozone w kolejnosci montazu. Abazur wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sklada sie z trzydziestu identycznych, plaskich i gietkich elementów ulozonych w ksztalt kuli, przy czym elementy nachodza na siebie segmentowo i pierwszy segment zawiera piec elementów, drugi segment piec kolejnych elementów, trzeci segment dziesiec elementów, a czwarty i piaty segment zawiera po piec elementów. Kazdy element ma w przyblizeniu zarys czworoboku, w którym dwa boki sa równolegle, a dwa boki sa lukowate, przy czym w kazdym narozu pomiedzy bokiemlukowatym, a liniowym znajduje sie lukowaty wystep laczacy sie charakterystycznym podcieciem z sasiadujacym bokiem liniowym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.4.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4 PLThe industrial design is for a lampshade. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the lampshade's shape. The lampshade is intended for use in lighting products. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the lampshade in perspective, Fig. 2 shows the lampshade from above, Fig. 3 shows a lampshade element from above, and Fig. 4 shows the lampshade elements arranged in assembly order. The lampshade, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it consists of thirty identical, flat, and flexible elements arranged in a spherical shape, with the elements overlapping segmentally. The first segment contains five elements, the second segment contains five additional elements, the third segment contains ten elements, and the fourth and fifth segments contain five elements each. Each element has an approximate quadrilateral outline in which two sides are parallel and two sides are arcuate, with each corner between the arcuate and linear sides having an arcuate projection connecting with the adjacent linear side by a characteristic undercut, as shown in the accompanying illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 4.
