PL 24345 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element skladanej zabawki przestrzennej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku w widoku ogólnym, na którym element na fig. 1 ukazany jest w widoku od góry, na fig. 2 ukazany jest w widoku od deltoidalnej wypustki, fig. 3 ukazany jest w widoku od wglebienia w czesci elementu przypominajacy cyfre 8, zas na fig. 4 ukazany w widoku ogólnym od boku. Element przedstawiony na rysunku sklada sie z plaskiej czesci w ksztalcie cyfry 8 o lekko zaokraglonych krawedziach, który zawiera wglebienia po obu stronach plaskiej czesci oraz jest trwale polaczony w srodkowej czesci z deltoidem, jego krótszymi bokami. Wzdluz laczenia tych dwóch elementów przebiega niewielkie wglebienie. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing in a general view, in which the element in fig. 1 is shown in a top view, in fig. 2 is shown in a view from the deltoid projection, fig. 3 is shown in a view from the recess in the part of the element resembling the number 8, and in fig. 4 is shown in a general view from the side. The element shown in the drawing consists of a flat part in the shape of the number 8 with slightly rounded edges, which contains recesses on both sides of the flat part and is permanently connected in the middle part with the deltoid, its shorter sides.
