Abstract

Łańcuch ze stali okrągłej składa się z połączonych przegubowo ze sobą ogniw łańcucha, przy czym pojedyncze ogniwa łańcucha mają każdorazowo wzajemnie naprzeciwległe łuki (2) łańcucha, połączone ze sobą przez ramiona (3) łańcucha. Przynajmniej co drugie ogniwo łańcucha jest wykonane jako ogniwo płaskie (1), przy czym ramiona (3) łańcucha ogniwa płaskiego (1) są spłaszczone na ich przekroju poprzecznym po stronie krawędziowej i mają szerokość ramienia, większą w porównaniu ze średnicą łuków (2) łańcucha, tak że obszary ramion (3) łańcucha, wystające poza średnicę aż do szerokości ramienia tworzą boczne wybrzuszenia (4), przebiegające w kierunku łuków (2) łańcucha albo w głąb łuków (2) łańcucha. Łuki (2) łańcucha mają pogrubienia (5), umieszczone na bokach wzdłużnych ich powierzchni zewnętrznych (A).
