Abstract
本发明专利公开了一种直式防打结紧凑链立环,尤其涉及矿用高强度紧凑链立环的结构型式。本发明主要解决链条打结和卡链问题。打结、卡链主要是链条在自由状态时,平、立环之间相互自由窜动和转动,而立环直臂厚度大造成的。本发明将立环直臂中间内侧加一“I”型挡块,使平环始终处于立环厚度较小的范围区间,从而解决打结、卡链问题。本发明改变了立环两端圆弧部分的结构型式,从而增强了立环的机械性能。

技术领域
本发明专利公开了一种直式防打结紧凑链立环,尤其涉及矿用高强度紧凑链立环的结构型式。
背景技术
现代自动化机械化采煤,工作面运输使用的都是刮板机和转载机。而承担动力传动和运煤的主要部件就是链条。受工作环境限制,目前大规格链条的平、立环结构、尺寸不同,立环外宽b2小于平环外宽b1;立环厚度c大于平环直径d;此即为在原来平、立环完全相同的圆环链基础上发展出来的紧凑链,其结构型式见图2。紧凑链相比圆环链,其主要优点就是,使用圆环链的链道,可以使用大规格的紧凑链,这就意味着主机的承载能力得到了极大的增强,运输能力得到了极大的提高。但是因为结构和尺寸的改变,会经常出现了平、立环打结、卡链的现象,严重的时候无法铺开,造成无法使用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题存在的缺陷,本发明专利提出了一种直式防打结紧凑链立环。
本发明为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
本发明公开了一种直式防打结紧凑链立环,尤其涉及矿用高强度紧凑链立环的结构型式。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述一种直式防打结紧凑链立环,是在立环直臂中间内侧加一“I”型挡块,使平环始终处于立环厚度较小的范围区间,保证了平、立环之间转动自如,从而解决打结、卡链问题。而且,“I”型挡块对立环直臂起到了支撑的作用,增加了立环的刚度。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述一种直式防打结紧凑链立环,其改变了立环两端圆弧部分的结构型式,从而增强了立环的机械性能。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:其一,解决了平、立环打结、卡链的现象;其二,增强了立环的机械性能。

实施例1
如图2所示,在立环直臂中间内侧加一“I”型挡块,使平环始终处于立环厚度较小的范围区间,保证了平、立环之间转动自如,从而解决打结、卡链问题。而且,“I”型挡块对立环直臂起到了支撑的作用,增加了立环的刚度。
如图4所示,本发明改变了立环两端圆弧部分的结构型式,从而增强了立环的机械性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直式防打结紧凑链立环,其特征在于,将立环直臂中间内侧加一“I”型挡块,使平环始终处于立环厚度较小的范围区间,保证了平、立环之间转动自如,从而解决打结、卡链问题,而且,“I”型挡块对立环直臂起到了支撑的作用,增加了立环的刚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种直式防打结紧凑链立环,其特征在于,改变了立环两端圆弧部分的结构型式,从而增强了立环的机械性能。
