Abstract

Ogniwo łańcuchowe poziome przeznaczone jest do łańcucha transportowego stosowanego w przenośnikach zgrzebłowych. Ogniwo poziome składa się z dwóch łączących łuki (6, 6.1) ramion (3, 3.1), które na swych stronach skierowanych na zewnątrz zawierają odcinki mocujące (2, 2.1). Każdy odcinek mocujący (2, 2.1) jest tak wykonany, aby do niego można było przymocować kształtowo zwłaszcza zgrzebło w kierunku wzdłużnym ogniwa łańcuchowego. Maksymalna zewnętrzna średnica ogniwa poziomego (1) odpowiada ogniwu normowemu o tej samej średnicy nominalnej albo od niej jest mniejsza. Odcinek mocujący (2, 2.1) ramienia (3, 3.1) zawiera co najmniej jedną wnękę łączową (4, 4.1) wykonaną w ramieniu (3, 3.1) zmniejszającą powierzchnię jego przekroju poprzecznego względem przylegających odcinków ogniwa poziomego (1).
