Abstract

Element zabezpieczający (2) w postaci struktury warstwowej (6) stosuje się do uwierzytelniania dokumentu (1). Struktura warstwowa zawiera co najmniej jedną przezroczystą warstwę ochronną (7), przezroczystą warstwę lakieru (9) i warstwę klejącą (8), przy czym warstwa lakieru (8} jest umieszczona pomiędzy warstwą ochronną (7) i warstwą klejącą (8). Wykonana w postaci warstwy reflekcyjnej powierzchnia graniczna oddziela warstwę klejącą i warstwę lakieru. Powierzchnia graniczna jest podzielona na obszary wzoru (25) o płaskich powierzchniach częściowych i uformowane w warstwie lakieru (9) struktury reliefowe. Powierzchnie tła (3), tworzące płaskie powierzchnie częściowe, stanowią dla światła padającego na strukturę warstwową płaskie powierzchnie lustrzane, natomiast obszary ze strukturami reliefowymi o zadanej, czynnej optycznie głębokości tworzą elementy (4) wzoru. Struktury reliefowe elementów (4) wzoru absorbuj padające światło. W świetle odbitym od lustrzanych powierzchni tła (3) ciemne elementy (4) wzoru tworzą silny kontrast i wzór (25) jest dobrze widoczny. W innych kierunkach niż kierunek światła odbitego znika kontrast pomiędzy powierzchniami tła (3) i elementarni (4) wzoru, w związku z czym kopiarka odtwarza powierzchnie tła (3) i elementy (4) wzoru jako czarne powierzchnie.
