Wokól otworu okiennego, przy jego krawedzi zaznaczone sa, równomiernie rozmieszczone, okragle punkty. Ponadto, rama otworu okiennego ma u góry i po bokach wzdluzne wglebienia i wystepy, zas przy dolnej krawedzi klapy, usytuowany jest otwór o zarysie okraglym. Od tylu, klapa tylna ma liczne nieregularne wybrania i wystepy. W drugiej odmianie wzoru klapa tylna karoserii samochodu ma w widoku z przodu zarys zblizony do dwóch równoramiennych trapezów, polaczonych ze soba wspólna wieksza podstawa, przy czym w górnej trapezowej czesci ma otwór okienny o zarysie w ksztalcie równoramiennego trapezu o zaokraglonych narozach, a przy dolnej, wiekszej podstawie ma wystep o zarysie w ksztalcie równoramiennego trapezu o zaokraglonych narozach i w czesci srodkowej tego wystepu ma element o zarysie okraglym. Rama okalajaca otwór okienny ma po bokach wglebienia, otaczajace wzdluzne i okragle wystepy, oraz ma, przy krawedzi otworu okiennego rozmieszczone w równomiernych odstepach, okragle punkty. Dolna trapezowa czesc jest podzielona pozioma linia na wysunieta czesc górna i cofnieta czesc dolna. W tej wysunietej czesci górnej ma otwór o zarysie w ksztalcie równoramiennego trapezu o zaokraglonych narozach i o wiekszej podstawie, zas za tym otworem ma oslone z dwoma otworami o zaokraglonych narozach i z wystepem w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, po obu bokach którego usytuowane sa okragle wystepy. Wcofnietej czesci dolnej znajduja sie, usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem pionowej linii srodkowej, zaokraglone wglebienia. Od tylu klapa tylna ma dwa otwory o zarysie w ksztalcie trapezu prostokatnego o zaokraglonych narozach i wiekszej górnej podstawie, obok których znajduja sie mniejsze otwory o zarysie w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokatów o zaokraglonych narozach oraz liczne wybrania i wystepy. Cechami istotnymi klapy tylnej karoserii samochodu w pierwszej odmianie wzoru jest to, ze ma w widoku z boku zarys prostoliniowy u góry i wygiety lukowo w czesci dolnej, a w widoku z przodu ma w czesci górnej zarys zblizony do równoramiennego trapezu o scietych narozach przy dolnej podstawie, zas w czesci dolnej ma zarys w ksztalcie prostokata o dwóch bokach wycietych wzdluz linii lukowo zakrzywionej, poprowadzonej od linii ciecia dolnych narozy trapezu, przy czym w tej dolnej czesci ma wybrzuszenie o zarysie w ksztalcie trapezu zas w górnej czesci ma otwór okienny o zarysie w ksztalcie równoramiennego trapezu o scietych narozach przy dolnej podstawie, przy czym, na srodku dolnej podstawy znajduje sie wystep o zarysie w ksztalcie trapezu równoramiennego o zaokraglonych górnych narozach, majacy w czesci srodkowej element o zarysie okraglym, zas wokól otworu okiennego, przy jego krawedzi zaznaczone sa, równomiernie rozmieszczone, okragle punkty, a ponadto rama otworu okiennego ma u góry i po bokachwzdluzne wglebienia i wystepy, zas przy dolnej krawedzi klapy, usytuowany jest otwór o zarysie okraglym, natomiast od tylu, klapa tylna ma liczne nieregularne wybrania i wystepy - jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1.1 - fig. 1.3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a car body tailgate, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and surfaces. The design of a car body tailgate is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1.1 shows the first variant of a car body tailgate in a front view, Fig. 1.2 shows the first variant of a car body tailgate in a rear view, Fig. 1.3 shows the first variant of a car body tailgate in a perspective view from the side and from the front, Fig. 2.1 shows the second variant of a car body tailgate in a front view, Fig. 2.2 shows the second variant of a car body tailgate in a rear view, Fig. 2.3 shows the second variant of a car body tailgate in a perspective view from the side and from the front. In the first variant of the industrial design, the tailgate of the car body has a rectilinear outline at the top in a side view and an arcuate outline at the bottom, and in a front view, its upper section has an outline similar to an isosceles trapezoid with cut corners at the lower base, while its lower section has a rectangular outline with two sides cut along an arcuate line drawn from the cutting line of the lower corners of the trapezoid. In this lower section, the tailgate has a bulge with a trapezoidal outline, and in the upper section, it has a window opening with an isosceles trapezoid outline with cut corners at the lower base, wherein, in the center of the lower base, there is a protrusion with an isosceles trapezoid outline with rounded upper corners, having an element with a circular outline in the middle. Evenly spaced circular dots are marked around the window opening, along its edges. Furthermore, the window opening frame has longitudinal recesses and protrusions at the top and sides, while a circular opening is located at the lower edge of the tailgate. From the rear, the tailgate has numerous irregular recesses and protrusions. In the second design variant, the tailgate of the car body, viewed from the front, has an outline similar to two isosceles trapezoids connected by a common, larger base. The upper trapezoidal section has a window opening shaped like an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners, while the lower, larger base has a protrusion shaped like an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners, and the central part of this protrusion has a circular element. The frame surrounding the window opening has recesses on its sides, flanking longitudinal and circular projections, and has evenly spaced circular points at the edge of the window opening. The lower trapezoidal section is divided by a horizontal line into a protruding upper section and a recessed lower section. In this protruding upper section, there is an opening in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and a larger base. Behind this opening, there is a cover with two openings with rounded corners and a projection roughly rectangular with rounded corners, on both sides of which are circular projections. In the recessed lower section, there are rounded recesses, arranged symmetrically with respect to the vertical centerline. At the rear, the tailgate has two openings in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid with rounded corners and a larger upper base, next to which there are smaller openings in the shape of rectangles with rounded corners and numerous recesses and protrusions. The essential features of the rear flap of the car body in the first variant of the design are that in a side view it has a rectilinear outline at the top and an arc-shaped bend in the lower part, and in a front view it has in the upper part an outline similar to an isosceles trapezoid with cut corners at the lower base, and in the lower part it has an outline in the shape of a rectangle with two sides cut along an arc-shaped line drawn from the cutting line of the lower corners of the trapezoid, wherein in this lower part it has a bulge in the shape of a trapezoid, and in the upper part it has a window opening in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with cut corners at the lower base, wherein in the middle of the lower base there is a protrusion in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded upper corners, having in the middle part an element in the shape of round, and around the window opening, at its edge, there are evenly spaced round points marked, and in addition, the window opening frame has longitudinal recesses and protrusions at the top and sides, and at the lower edge of the flap, there is an opening with a round outline, while at the back, the rear flap has numerous irregular recesses and protrusions - as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.1 - Fig. 1.3. The essential features of the rear flap of the car body in the second variant of the design are that in a front view it has an outline similar to two isosceles trapezoids, connected by a common, larger base, wherein in the upper trapezoidal part it has a window opening with an outline in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners, and at the lower, larger base it has a protrusion with an outline in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and in the middle part of this protrusion it has an element with a circular outline, while the frame surrounding the window opening has recesses on the sides, surrounding longitudinal and circular protrusions, and has, at the edge of the window opening, evenly spaced, round points, while the lower trapezoidal part is divided by a horizontal line into a protruding upper part and a recessed lower part, and in this protruding the upper part has an opening in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and a larger base, and behind this opening there is a cover with two openings with rounded corners and a protrusion in the shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners, on both sides of which there are round protrusions, while in the recessed lower part there are rounded recesses situated symmetrically in relation to the vertical centre line, while at the back the rear flap has two openings in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid with rounded corners and a larger upper base, next to which there are smaller openings in the shape similar to rectangles with rounded corners and numerous recesses and protrusions - as shown in the attached drawing - fig. 2.1 - fig. 2.3.
