Abstract

The novelty of the design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the hand-held cutter having a contiguous lower portion and upper portion. In a top plan view the hand-held cutter is generally obround narrowing at its front end. The lower portion is generally flat with an arcuate opening in its front end, a generally obround recess shown in the proximity of the opening, and a generally egg-like shaped member protruding from that recess. The bulbous front end of the upper portion of the hand-held cutter flattens at its rear end. The drawings show single variant of the design.
