Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia elektroniczny terminal informacyjny w widoku z przodu, fig.2- elektroniczny terminal informacyjny w widoku z bok, fig.3- elektroniczny terminal informacyjny w widoku z tylu, a fig.4- zblizenie na sciane górna elektronicznego terminalu informacyjnego. Elektroniczny terminal informacyjny wedlug wzoruprzemyslowego, majacy ksztalt prostopadloscianu, którego sciana górna przebiega skosnie do sciany przedniej i tylnej, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w polu skosnej sciany gór- nej wyrózniaja sie trzy elementy: waski prostokatny obszar górny, okolo dziesieciokrotnie wiekszy prostokatny ekran, w polu którego widoczny jest zarys wiaty autobusowej oraz dwa obrysy prostokatne usytuowane na sobie: krótszy i szerszy ob- rys z zaokraglonymi narozami i dluzszy i wezszy obrys z zao- kraglonymi dwoma narozami. Ponadto, sciana przednia terminalu jest nieco odsadzona ku przodowi, a powyzej krawedzi górnej i ponizej krawedzi dolnej odsadzenia widoczny jest pas pozio- mych rowków, zas w czesci górnej sciany przedniej znajduje sie pojedynczy, waski prostokatny zarys. The novelty and originality of the design are reflected in the shape of the electronic information terminal. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the electronic information terminal from the front, Fig. 2 - a side view of the electronic information terminal, Fig. 3 - a rear view of the electronic information terminal, and Fig. 4 - a close-up of the top wall of the electronic information terminal. An industrial-design electronic information terminal, shaped like a cuboid with its top wall running diagonally to the front and rear walls, has the following significant features: within the diagonal top wall area, three elements stand out: a narrow rectangular top area, a rectangular screen approximately ten times larger, within which the outline of a bus shelter is visible, and two rectangular outlines stacked on top of each other: a shorter and wider outline with rounded corners and a longer and narrower outline with two rounded corners. Furthermore, the front wall of the terminal is slightly offset forward, and a band of horizontal grooves is visible above the top edge and below the bottom edge of the offset, while the top of the front wall features a single, narrow rectangular outline.
