Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa zestawu radiowezlowego zawierajacego glosnik, transformator, przelacznik i pokretlo.Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie zarówno w ksztalcie obudowy, jak równiez w ukladzie linii jej sciany przedniej i scianek bocznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe w widoku od czola, fig. 2- obudowe w widoku z góry i fig. 3 - obudowe w widoku z boku. Obudowa wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawie szesciokata nieforemnego, którego uklad scian, w widoku z góry, przypomina ksztalt trapezu (fig. 1 i 2). Przednia sciana J_obudowy wedlug wzoru jest usytuowana równolegle do nieco szerszej od niej tylnej sciany 2, natomiast elementami laczacymi wspomniane sciany sa po dwie sciany boczne, stanowiace wzajemnie swoje lustrzane odbicie. Pierwsza para bocznych scian 3 usytuowana jest, wzajemnie do siebie, równolegle, zas do tylnej sciany 2 usytuowana jest prostopadle, zas druga para bocznych scian 4 polozona jest ukosnie zarówno do pierwszej pary bocznych scian 3, jak i do przedniej sciany I, stanowiac ich polaczenie. Ponadto, w górnej czesci przedniej sciany l znajduja sie usytuowane poziomo, jedno nad drugim, w równych odleglosciach od siebie, prostopadloscienne wybrania 5. Glebokosc i dlugosc wybran 5 jest taka, ze zachodza one, czesciowo, na druga pare bocznych scian 4 (fig. 1 i 3). Pod spodnia sciana obudowy sciane obudowy wedlug wzoru umieszczone jest pokretlo 6. PL PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since October 24, 2001. The industrial design is a radio set housing containing a loudspeaker, transformer, switch, and knob. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested both in the shape of the housing and in the layout of its front and side walls. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the housing from the front, Fig. 2 - the housing from a top view, and Fig. 3 - the housing from a side view. According to the design, the housing has the shape of a prism with an irregular hexagonal base, the wall arrangement of which, when viewed from above, resembles a trapezoid (Figs. 1 and 2). The front wall J of the housing, as designed, is situated parallel to the slightly wider rear wall 2, while the connecting elements of the aforementioned walls are two side walls, each constituting a mirror image of the other. The first pair of side walls 3 is situated parallel to each other, while it is situated perpendicularly to the rear wall 2, while the second pair of side walls 4 is situated diagonally to both the first pair of side walls 3 and the front wall I, constituting their connection. Furthermore, in the upper part of the front wall I there are horizontally arranged cuboid recesses 5, one above the other, at equal distances from each other. The depth and length of the recesses 5 are such that they partially overlap the second pair of side walls 4 (Figs. 1 and 3).
