Stoisko owalne Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 30.07.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stoisko owalne przeznaczone do ekspozycji towarów i kompleksowej obslugi klientów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowe zestawienie elementów tworzacych stoisko oraz nowa postac tych elementów przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie zewnetrznym, kolorystyce i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zobrazowano na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia stoisko w rzucie od góry, fig. 2 - widok stoiska od strony czolowej, fig. 3 - widok stoiska od strony czolowej, w kolorystycznej odmianie wykonania, fig. 4 - widok stoiska od strony prawej, fig. 5 - widok stoiska od strony prawej w odmianie kolorystycznej, fig. 6 - widok stoiska od strony lewej, fig. 7 - widok stoiska od strony lewej w odmianie kolorystycznej, fig. 8 - widok stoiska od tylu, fig. 9 - widok stoiska od tylu w odmianie kolorystycznej, fig. 10 - aksonometryczny widok stoiska od strony przedniej, fig. 11 - aksonometryczny widok stoiska owalnego od tylu, fig 12 - aksonometryczny widok stoiska od strony przedniej w odmianie kolorystycznej, zas fig. 13 - aksonometryczny widok stoiska od strony tylnej w odmianie kolorystycznej.Stoisko owalne wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, sklada sie z zestawu wzajemnie przylegajacych do siebie, usytuowanych kolejno i w kierunku zgodnym z ruchem wskazówek zegara, nastepujacych elementów: witryny niskiej i o lukowatym zarysie przezroczystej oslony zewnetrznej, lady obslugowej 2, lady z gablota 3, trzech kolejno zestawionych gablot ekspozycyjnych dwustronnych 4, f£, przy czym gabloty 4 i 4 " sa jednakowe, kolejnej lady z gablota 3 usytuowanej naprzeciwko takiej samej lady z gablota 3 oraz slupa 5, przy czym pomiedzy witryna niska 1 a slupem 5 znajduje sie przerwa - wejscie do wnetrza stoiska przeznaczone dla jego obslugi, a obrys zewnetrzny wszystkich elementów stoiska tworzy owal. Od strony wewnetrznej stoiska, pomiedzy lada obslugowa 2 a gablota ekspozycyjna dwustronna 4^ usytuowany jest owalny w zarysie pulpit roboczy 6. Ponadto lada obslugowa 2 zaopatrzona jest w lukowato wygieta oslone 7. Wszystkie elementy stoiska, oprócz slupa 5, umieszczone sa na cokole 8. W podstawowej kolorystycznej wersji wykonania slup 5 oraz zewnetrzne powierzchnie scian lad z gablota 3 maja kolor niebieski, wnetrze witryny niskiej 1, wnetrze dwustronnej gabloty ekspozycyjnej z obydwu stron - wewnetrznej i zewnetrznej - maja kolor zielony, obudowa witryny niskiej 1, oslona 2 oraz cokól 8 sa wykonane w kolorze matowego chromu, zas pozostale elementy stoiska posiadaja kolor naturalnego drewna. W innej kolorystycznej odmianie wykonania slup 5 oraz zewnetrzne powierzchnie scian lad z gablota 3 maja kolor zielony, wnetrze dwustronnej gabloty ekspozycyjnej z obydwu stron - wewnetrznej i zewnetrznej - ma kolor niebieski, wnetrze witryny niskiej 1 ma kolor matowego chromu, a kolorystyka pozostalych elementów stoiska jest identyczna jak w wersji podstawowej. W jeszcze innej odmianie kolorystycznej wnetrze witryny niskiej 1 ma kolor niebieski, a obudowy gablot ekspozycyjnych dwustronnych 4 i 4 ^ maja kolor zielony, co pokazano na rysunku - fig 10 i fig. 11. W jeszcze kolejnej odmianie kolorystycznej slup 5 i wnetrze witryny niskiej 1 ma kolor zielony, a obudowy gablot ekspozycyjnych dwustronnych 4 i ma J4 kolor niebieski, co pokazano na rysunku - fig 12 i fig. 13. PL PLOval Stand The design registration right has been in effect since July 30, 2001. The design is for an oval stand intended for the display of goods and comprehensive customer service. The essence of the design is a new arrangement of the elements that make up the stand, as well as a new form of these elements, manifested in their external shape, color scheme, and surface texture. Oval stand according to the design decorative, consists of a set of mutually adjacent elements, arranged sequentially and in a clockwise direction, the following: a low showcase with an arched outline of a transparent outer cover, a service counter 2, a counter with a display case 3, three successively arranged double-sided display cases 4, f£, wherein the display cases 4 and 4" are identical, another counter with a display case 3 situated opposite the same counter with display case 3, and a column 5, wherein between the low showcase 1 and the column 5 there is a gap - the entrance to the interior of the stand intended for its service, and the external outline of all the stand elements forms an oval. On the inside of the stand, between the service counter 2 and the double-sided display case 4^, an oval-shaped work desk 6 is situated. In addition, the service counter 2 is equipped with an arched cover 7. All stand elements, except for column 5, are placed on plinth 8. In the basic color version, column 5 and the external wall surfaces of counters with display case 3 are blue, the interior of low display case 1, the interior of the double-sided display case on both sides - inner and outer - are green, the casing of low display case 1, cover 2 and plinth 8 are made in matte chrome, while the remaining stand elements have the color of natural wood. In another color version, column 5 and the external wall surfaces of counters with display case 3 are green, the interior of the double-sided display case on both sides - inner and outer - is blue, the interior of low display case 1 is matte chrome, and the colors of the remaining stand elements are identical to in the basic version. In yet another color variant, the interior of the low showcase 1 is blue, and the housings of the double-sided display cases 4 and 4^ are green, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 10 and Fig. 11.
