Zestaw kolumn glosnikowych Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia maja 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw kolumn glosnikowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac zestawu kolumn glosnikowych, przejawiajaca sie w nowym ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 do 3 przedstawiaja rózne odmiany zestawu kolumn wedlug wzoru, a fig. 4 przedstawia przykladowe formy maskownic plyty przedniej kolumn w zestawie wedlug wzoru, zas fig. 5 pokazuje przekrój poprzeczny przez obudowe pojedynczej kolumny z zestawu wedlug wzoru. Jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 do 5, zestaw kolumn glosnikowych, wedlug wzoru sklada sie z szeregu indywidualnych kolumn \ o róznych ilosciach glosników, z których kazda ma drewniana obudowe 2 w ksztalcie graniastoslupa o przekroju prostokata ze scietymi narozami przyleglymi do tylnej plyty obudowy 2 w obrysie zewnetrznym i o przekroju trapezu w obrysie wewnetrznym oraz z deklami 3: górnym i dolnym nieznacznie wysunietymi poza plaszczyzny scianek bocznych i plyty przedniej, przy czym plyta przednia, w której osadzone sa jeden nad drugimglosniki 4, pokryta jest ozdobna azurowa tkanina dekoracyjna 5, a krawedzie scianek bocznych wysuniete sa do przodu poza plaszczyzne plyty przedniej. Krawedzie dekli 3 oraz czolowe krawedzie scianek bocznych sa lagodnie zaokraglone. W zestawie kolumn glosnikowych w kolorze bialym, badz w innym jasnym kolorze, plyta przednia - pod azurowa tkanina dekoracyjna 5, jest pomalowana na taki kolor, jaki maja glosniki 4 w niej osadzone, co jest wyraznie widoczne na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 do 3. Na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4 przedstawiono drewniane maskownice 6, jakie w zestawie kolumn glosnikowych wedlug wzoru, moga pokrywac przednia powierzchnie kazdej kolumny i, przy czym obecnosc maskownic 6 nie wyklucza uzycia azurowej tkaniny 5 do pokrycia plyty przedniej, w której osadzone sa glosniki 4. Zgodnie z obecnym wzorem drewniane obudowy 2 oraz maskownice 6 kolumn glosnikowych J_ w zestawie moga miec powierzchnie zewnetrzne z drewna naturalnego, pokryte lakierem w dowolnym kolorze lub pokryte fornirem. W zestawie kolumn glosnikowych wedlug obecnego wzoru wysokosc kazdej kolumny I jest wielokrotnoscia jej szerokosci, a stosunek szerokosci do wysokosci kolumny i wynosi od 1:3 do 1:12. PL PLThe right to register a loudspeaker design has been in effect since May 2001. The subject of the design is a set of loudspeakers. The essence of the design is a new form of the loudspeaker set, manifesting itself in a new shape and color scheme. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Figs. 1 to 3 depict various variations of the loudspeaker set according to the design, Fig. 4 shows sample forms of the front panel covers of the loudspeakers in the set according to the design, while Fig. 5 shows a cross-section of the enclosure of a single loudspeaker from the set according to the design. As shown in the attached illustrative material, figs. 1 to 5, the set of loudspeaker columns, according to the pattern, consists of a number of individual columns \ with different numbers of loudspeakers, each of which has a wooden casing 2 in the shape of a prism with a rectangular cross-section with cut corners adjacent to the rear plate of the casing 2 in the external outline and with a trapezoidal cross-section in the internal outline and with lids 3: upper and lower slightly protruding beyond the planes of the side walls and the front plate, wherein the front plate, in which the loudspeakers 4 are mounted one above the other, is covered with a decorative openwork decorative fabric 5, and the edges of the side walls are protruding forward beyond the plane of the front plate. The edges of the lid 3 and the leading edges of the side walls are gently rounded. In a set of white or other light-colored loudspeakers, the front panel - under the openwork decorative fabric 5 - is painted in the same color as the loudspeakers 4 embedded in it, which is clearly visible in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 to 3. The attached illustrations Fig. 4 show wooden covers 6 which in a set of loudspeakers according to the pattern can cover the front surface of each loudspeaker and, wherein the presence of covers 6 does not exclude the use of openwork fabric 5 to cover the front panel in which the loudspeakers 4 are embedded. According to the present pattern, the wooden housings 2 and covers 6 of the loudspeakers J_ in the set can have outer surfaces made of natural wood, varnished in any color or covered with veneer. In a set of loudspeakers according to the current formula, the height of each column I is a multiple of its width, and the ratio of the width to the height of the column i is from 1:3 to 1:12.
