Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lada sklepowa z przeszklo- na czescia ekspozycyjna, szafka oraz szufladami otwieranymi od strony obslugujacego. The subject of the industrial design is a shop counter with a glass display part, a cabinet and drawers that can be opened from the operator's side.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac lady sklepowej przedstawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, barwie oraz wlasci- wosciach powierzchni, nadajacej ladzie sklepowej oryginalny wyglad. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a shop counter, presenting itself in the shape, line arrangement, color and surface properties, giving the shop counter an original appearance.

Lada sklepowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zbudowana jest w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata i posiada cechy istotne w postaci takiej, ze strona czolowe lady i posiada na wysoko- sci dwóch trzecich przeszklona sciane 2 ukazujaca wnetrze witryny ekspozycyjnej lady. Sciana zamykajaca lade od góry 3 jest szklana w obramowaniu 4 scian bocznych lady pod którym zamocowano lampy 5 oswietlajace witryne ekspozycyjna lady. Od strony obslugujacego na tylnej scianie lady umieszczona jest szuflada 6, której dno jest powierzchnia ekspozycyjna witryny lady, zas ponizej szuflady 6 umieszczone sa szufiady i regaly magazynowe zamykane drzwiami. The shop counter according to the industrial design is built in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base and has the essential features such that the front side of the counter has a glass wall 2 at the height of two thirds showing the interior of the display case. The wall 3 closing the counter from the top is made of glass in the frame 4 of the side walls of the counter, under which lamps 5 are mounted, illuminating the display case of the counter. On the operator's side, on the rear wall of the counter, there is a drawer 6, the bottom of which is the display surface of the counter, and below the drawer 6 there are drawers and storage shelves closed with doors.

Szuflada ekspozycyjna 6 oraz szuflady i regaly magazynowe zamykane sa na zamki mechaniczne lub elektroniczne. The display drawer 6 as well as the storage drawers and shelves are closed with mechanical or electronic locks.

Na scianie czolowej lady czesc przeszklona 2 oddzielona jest od czesci zamknietej pólka 7 w ksztalcie odcinka kola o cieciwie równej dlugosci lady sklepowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Pólka 7 dzieli pionowe listwy 8 na czesci obejmujace przeszklona witryne 2 oraz czesc stala sciany czolowej 1 . Czesc stala sciany czolowej 1 oraz sciana tylna lady wraz z szufladami oraz drzwiami regalów magazynowych wykonane sa z matowego drzewa w kolorze turku- sowym a pozostala czesc konstrukcji lady sklepowej posiada naturalny kolor drewna. Na turkusowej powierzchni sciany czolowej I umieszczony jest jako przykladowy element ozdobny 9 w ksztalcie prostokata w kolorze drewna naturalnego, obramowanego ramkadrewniana. Pionowe listwy 8 zdobione sa trzema rowkami pionowymi kazda posiadajacymi w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt trapezowy jak to pokazano w szczególe na rysunku fig.7 Odmiana lady sklepowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ukazana na fotografii fig.4 wykonana zostala bez elementów ozdobnych 9 posiadajac sciane czolowa \ w kolorze turkusu. On the front wall of the counter, the glazed part 2 is separated from the part of the closed shelf 7 in the shape of a segment of a circle with a chord equal to the length of the shop counter according to an industrial pattern. The shelf 7 divides the vertical slats 8 into parts including the glazed display 2 and the fixed part of the end wall 1. The fixed part of the front wall 1 and the back wall of the counter with the drawers and doors of the storage shelves are made of turquoise matt wood, and the rest of the counter structure has a natural wood color. An exemplary decorative element 9 in the shape of a rectangle in the color of natural wood, framed with a wooden frame, is placed on the turquoise surface of the front wall I. Odmiana lady sklepowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada na pionowych listwach 8 ozdoby w ksztalcie pionowych rowków, które w przekroju poprzecznym utworzone sa poprzez trzy odcinki kola, tak jak to ukazano w szczególe na rysunku fig.8 „ AUREA" s.c. The industrial design variation of the shop counter has ornaments in the shape of vertical grooves on the vertical slats, which in cross-section are formed by three segments of a circle, as shown in detail in Fig. 8 "AUREA" s.c.
