Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil konstrukcyj ny. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie profilu konstrukcyjnego. Profil konstrukcyjny stanowi element uzywany do budowy stanowisk wystawowych oraz stanowisk ekspozycyjnych w sklepach i magazynach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia profil konstrukcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i zboku, fig.2- nastepny profil konstrukcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.3- kolejny profil konstrukcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, a fig.4- jeszcze kolejny profil w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku. Profil konstrukcyjny wedlug wzoru, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym posrodku sciany bocznej znajduje sie, wzdluznie przebiegajaca, wypuklosc, zas na jednej scianie bocznej przebiegaja dwa rowki usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem wypuklosci, a na scianie górnej i dolnej znajduje sie wzdluznie przebiegajace wypietrzenie majace z przodu zarys wieloboku. Wnetrze profilu stanowia trzy kanaly, z których dwa maja zarys figury zlozonej z prostokata i kola, a srodkowy kanal ma zarys figury zlozonej z kola i dwóch prostokatów, jak przedstawiono na fig.l. Nastepny profil konstrukcyjny wedlug wzoru, ma nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym posrodku sciany bocznej znajduje sie, wzdluznie przebiegajacy rowek, a na scianie górnej i dolnej znajduje sie wzdluznie przebiegajace wypietrzenie majace z przodu zarys wieloboku. Wnetrze profilu stanowia trzy kanaly, z których dwa maja zarysy figury zlozonej z kola i dwóch prostokatów, a srodkowy kanal ma zarys figury zlozonej z trzech prostokatów, jak przedstawiono na fig.2. Kolejny profil konstrukcyjny wedlug wzoru, ma nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu z wybranymi czterema narozami, przy czym wzdluz trzech scianach bocznych przebiega wypietrzenie majace z przodu zarys wieloboku, a na czwartej scianie znajduje sie rowek majacy zprzodu zarys litery "C", zas wnetrze profilu stanowi piec kanalów, z których: srodkowy ma od przodu zarys wieloboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate, górny ma zarys figury zlozonej z trzech prostokatów, dwa kanaly maja zarys figury zlozonej z dwóch prostokatów i kola, a jeden boczny kanal ma zarys figury zlozonej z prostokata i kola, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.3. The subject of the industrial design is a construction profile. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the construction profile. A construction profile is an element used to construct exhibition stands and display stands in shops and warehouses. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a structural profile in perspective views from the front, top, and side; Fig. 2 shows another structural profile in perspective views from the front, top, and side; Fig. 3 shows another structural profile in perspective views from the front, top, and side; and Fig. 4 shows yet another profile in perspective views from the front, top, and side. The structural profile, according to the design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a cuboid, with a longitudinally running convexity in the center of the side wall; one side wall has two grooves arranged symmetrically with respect to the convexity; and the top and bottom walls have a longitudinally running elevation with a polygonal outline at the front. The interior of the profile consists of three channels, two of which have the outline of a figure composed of a rectangle and a circle, and the central channel has the outline of a figure composed of a circle and two rectangles, as shown in Fig. 1. The next construction profile, according to the pattern, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a cuboid, with a longitudinally running groove in the center of the side wall, and a longitudinally running elevation on the top and bottom walls with the outline of a polygon in front. The interior of the profile consists of three channels, two of which have the outline of a figure composed of a circle and two rectangles, and the central channel has the outline of a figure composed of three rectangles, as shown in Fig. 2. Another construction profile according to the pattern has the following important features: it has the shape of a cuboid with four selected corners, with an uplift running along three side walls having the outline of a polygon at the front, and on the fourth wall there is a groove having the outline of the letter "C" at the front, while the interior of the profile consists of five channels, of which: the middle one has the outline of a polygon at the front, three of whose sides are arcuate, the upper one has the outline of a figure composed of three rectangles, two channels have the outline of a figure composed of two rectangles and a circle, and one side channel has the outline of a figure composed of a rectangle and a circle, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3. Yet another construction profile according to the pattern has the following important features: it has the shape of a cuboid with four selected corners, with an uplift running along the four walls with a polygon outline at the front, and the interior of the profile is made up of five channels, of which: the middle one has a polygon outline at the front, three of which are arc-shaped sides, three channels have an outline of a figure composed of two rectangles and a circle, and one side channel has an outline of a figure composed of a rectangle and a circle, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4.
