Szyki Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 18 sierpnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szyld. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac szyldu przejawiajaca sie w jeg o ksztalcie oraz ukladzie i barw ie poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym barwnym materiale ilustracyjnym, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia szyld wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, zas Fig. 2 - szyld wedlug wzoru w widoku z tylu. Szyld wedlug wzoru ma postac sciany elewacji wejsciowej sklepu lub biurowca i w górnej czesci fasady frontowej, po lewej stronie ma napis zbudowany z pieciu osobnych wielkich liter drukowanych, których plaszczyzna licowa jest oddalona od plaszczyzny sciany, tworzacych wyraz ONOFF, przy czym wszystkie litery sa jasne z ciemnymi obwódkami, a obie litery „O" maja postac pierscieni z barwnym polem w srodku oraz tym, ze wysokosc czesci fasady, znajdujacej sie nad centralnie usytuowanym wejsciem stanowi dwie trzecie wysokosci calej sciany, a litery w napisie maja wysokosc odpowiadajaca jednej trzeciej wysokosci calej sciany, zas od tylu brak jest napisu.Wedlug wzoru, barwne pola wewnatrz liter „O" w napisie ONOFF sa oddzielone od wewnetrznych krawedzi tych liter jedynie cienkim jasnym pierscieniem, przy czym w srodku pierwszej litery „O" pole to ma barwe zielona, zas w srodkowej literze „O" - barwe czerwona. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of the signboard, manifesting itself in its shape and the arrangement and color of individual elements. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached color illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a signboard based on the design in a perspective front view, while Fig. 2 shows a signboard based on the design in a back view. The signboard according to the pattern has the form of a wall of the entrance facade of a shop or office building and in the upper part of the front facade, on the left side there is an inscription made of five separate capital block letters, the face surface of which is spaced from the wall surface, forming the word ONOFF, where all the letters are light with dark borders, and both letters "O" have the form of rings with a colored field in the middle, and the height of the part of the facade located above the centrally located entrance is two-thirds of the height of the entire wall, and the letters in the inscription have a height corresponding to one-third of the height of the entire wall, while there is no inscription at the back. According to the pattern, the colored fields inside the letters "O" in the inscription ONOFF are separated from the inner edges of these letters only by a thin light ring, while in the middle of the first letter "O" this field is green, while in middle letter "O" - red color.
