Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac szyldu kolumnowego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uw idoczniony na zalaczonym barw - nym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym Fig. la przedstawia szyld kolumno- wy wedlug wzoru w widoku z przodu, zas Fig. Ib - szyld kolumnowy wedlug wzoru w widoku z boku. Szyld kolumnowy wedlug wzoru ma postac pionowego prostopadlo- sciennego, wielosegmentowego slupa J_, o scianach czolowej 2 i tylnej 3 szer- szych od scian bocznych. W górnej czesci slupa J_, na scianach czolowej 2 i tylnej 3 zamocowane sa po dwa, jeden nad drugim, elementy identyfikujace 4 w postaci okraglych tarcz. Na wszystkich elementach identyfikujacych 4 ciemnymi krawedziami wy odrebnione sa zewnetrzne pierscienie 5. W srodku kazdego pierscienia 5 znajduje sie barwne pole 6 równoodlegle od we- wnetrznej krawedzi pierscienia 5. Na górnych elementach identyfikujacych 4pole 6 ma barwe zielona, zas na dolnych - czerwona. Plaszczyzny licowe wszystkich elementów identyfikujacych 4 sa oddalone od plaszczyzn scian 2 i 3 slupa 1- PL PL PLColumnar Signboard The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from 1 September 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a columnar signboard. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a columnar signboard, manifesting itself in its shape and the arrangement and color of individual elements. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached color illustrative material, in which Fig. 1a shows a columnar signboard according to the design in a front view, while Fig. 1b shows a columnar signboard according to the design in a side view. The columnar signboard according to the design has the form of a vertical, cuboid, multi-segmented column J_, with front walls 2 and rear walls 3 wider than the side walls. In the upper part of column J_, on the front 2 and rear 3 walls, two identifying elements 4 in the form of circular discs are mounted, one above the other. On all identifying elements 4, the outer rings 5 are distinguished by dark edges. In the center of each ring 5, there is a colored field 6 equidistant from the inner edge of ring 5. On the upper identifying elements 4, field 6 is green, while on the lower ones – red. The face surfaces of all identifying elements 4 are spaced from the planes of walls 2 and 3 of column 1. PL PL PL
