Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie i aranzacji wiaty przystanku autobusowego . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wiate przy- stanku autobusowego w widoku z przodu, fig.2- wiate przystan- ku w widoku z góry, fig.3- wiate przystanku w widoku z boku, fig.4- wiate przystanku w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.5- wiate przystanku w widoku z dolu bez zadaszenia.Wiata przystanku autobusowego wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego, obejmujaca cztery pionowe wsporniki, trzy prostokatne sciany tylne, zadaszenie segmentowe, lawke oraz dwie sciany boczne, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: prawa sciana tylna ma najwieksza powierzchnie, a w jej polu polozonym poza ostatnim pionowym wspornikiem znajduje sie prostokatny obszar podzielony na dwa symetryczne obszary. Zadaszenie segmentowe obejmuje osiem symetrycznych segmentów, kazdy majacy, w wido- ku z góry, zarys prostokata, a w widoku z boku, zarys trójka- ta prostokatnego. Lewa sciana boczna, polozona przy pierwszym pionowym wsporni- ku, ma szerokosc równa polowie szerokosci zadaszenia, a w jej polu wyodrebnione sa dwa prostokatne pola, zas prawa sciana boczna, polozona przy czwartym pionowym wsporniku, jest wez- sza od lewej sciany bocznej, a jej grubosc stanowi okolo po- lowe grubosci lewej sciany bocznej. Lawka ma postac plyty prostopadlosciennej i jest usytuowana na srodkowej scianie tylnej. Ponadto w polu trzeciego i szóstego segmentu zadasze- nia widoczny jest prostokatny zarys, jak przedstawiono na za- laczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape and arrangement of the bus stop shelter. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bus stop shelter in a front view, fig. 2 - the shelter in a top view, fig. 3 - the shelter in a side view, fig. 4 - the shelter in a view from the other side, and fig. 5 - the shelter in a bottom view without the roof. The bus stop shelter according to the industrial design, comprising four vertical supports, three rectangular rear walls, a segmented roof, a bench and two side walls, has the following essential features: the right rear wall has the largest surface area, and in its area located beyond the last vertical support there is a rectangular area divided into two symmetrical areas. The segmented roof comprises eight symmetrical segments, each having a rectangular outline when viewed from above and a right-angled triangle when viewed from the side. The left side wall, located at the first vertical support, is half the width of the roof, and its area is divided into two rectangular areas. The right side wall, located at the fourth vertical support, is narrower than the left side wall and is approximately half the thickness of the left side wall. The bench is a rectangular slab and is situated on the central rear wall. In addition, in the area of the third and sixth roof segments, a rectangular outline is visible, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 5.
