Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa charakterystyczna postac wazonu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie monolitycznego cienkosciennego korpusu oraz wlasciwosci powierzchni zewnetrznej ceramicznej, dajacej efekt estetyczny. Ksztalt korpusu wazonu rozpoczyna sie od plaskiego okraglego plaskiego dna duzego odwróconego stozka scietego, którego górne czesci scianki obwodowej lagodnie rozszerzaja sie po luku by osiagnac maksymalna srednice na okolo 2/5 wysokosci calego korpusu i dalej po luku zmniejszac swoja srednice do wysokosci górnej czesci korpusu wazonu, po lukowatej linii sciany obwodowej korpusu zmniejszajac swój ksztalt az do otworu wazonu. The essence of the industrial design is the new, distinctive form of the vase, manifested in its monolithic, thin-walled body and the aesthetic properties of the ceramic exterior surface. The shape of the vase body begins with a flat, round, flat bottom—a large, inverted truncated cone. The upper portions of the circumferential wall gently expand in an arc to reach a maximum diameter of approximately 2/5 the height of the entire body. It then gradually decreases in diameter to the height of the upper portion of the vase body, reducing its shape along the arcuate line of the circumferential wall to the vase opening. The upper part of the vase body is open and has a simple round opening constituting the end of the body's peripheral wall. The edges of the vase opening are rounded. The design is shown in photograph Fig. 1, which shows a barrel vase in perspective view from the front, showing the entire thin-walled vase body with a round opening lying in one plane. The flat base of the barrel vase body is circular. A significant feature of the industrial design shown in photographs Fig. 1 – the barrel vase – is that: It is a spatial, monolithic, thin-walled body in a shape varying from a large, rotating, truncated ceramic cone with a flat, thin-walled circular bottom. The circumferential side walls rise upwards in an arc to 2/5 of the body's height. Then, after changing shape, they lower to the height of the entire body, creating a decorative effect. The upper part of the barrel vase has an opening in the shape of a circle with a diameter identical to the diameter of the base of the barrel vase. In the side view—where the barrel vase is viewed from the side—the circumferential wall of the barrel vase body changes in an arc from the largest to approximately 2/5 of the height and then descends in an arc to the diameter of the base of the body. The entire circumferential walls of the barrel vase body are smooth all around. In the view, the opening of the body of the thin-walled barrel vase has rounded upper edges. The three-dimensional form of the design without color designation is submitted for protection.
