Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa charakterystyczna postac wazonu pestka przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie korpusu oraz wlasciwosci powierzchni zewnetrznej ceramicznej, dajacej efekt estetyczny. Ksztalt korpusu wazonu pestka rozpoczyna sie od splaszczonego dna, którego górne czesci scianki lagodnie rozszerzaja sie po eliptycznych lukach i rozchylaja sie dajac efekt otwartego wazonu. Zmieniajacy sie rozchylony korpus ma opadajace w prawa strone zakonczenia po obu stronach scianek bocznych wazonu pestka. Zakonczenia te maja ksztalt sercowy. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. The essence of the industrial design is the distinctive new form of the "Petka" vase, manifested in the shape of its body and the properties of the ceramic outer surface, which create an aesthetic effect. The shape of the "Petka" vase's body begins with a flattened bottom, the upper parts of which gently expand in elliptical arcs and flare out, creating the effect of an open vase. The changing, flared body has ends that slope to the right on both sides of the "Petka" vase's side walls. These ends are heart-shaped. The design is presented in photographs fig. 1, fig. 1b, 1c, 1d, where: fig. 1 – shows the Petka vase in a perspective view from the right side of the entire body of the Petka vase with an open center in the shape of a pebble and the walls flaring out in elliptical arcs. The radial base of the Petka vase body has a streamlined shape; fig. 1b – shows the vase body in a perspective view from above, showing the changing flared body with drooping ends on both sides towards the base and the combination of the elliptical shape of the side walls and the flattened base wall; fig. 1c – shows the Petka vase in a perspective view from above, showing two heart-shaped drooping wall ends and the combination of the shape of the side walls and the flattened base wall. Fig. 1d – shows the Pestka vase in a side perspective view, showing two heart-shaped, descending wall ends. A significant feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Figs. 1b, 1c, and 1d – the Pestka vase – is that: It is a spatial monolith of a thin-walled, pebble-shaped body, changing in shape through arched, elliptical side walls descending in two directions, and the walls of a ceramic base connected to a flattened, thin-walled, circular bottom. The radially rising and changing shape of the walls create a decorative effect. The ends of the two side walls in two places on the Pestka vase body have descending heart shapes. A top view of the Pestka vase shows two heart-shaped, drooping wall ends and a combination of the side wall shape and the flattened base wall. Both peripheral walls of the Pestka vase body are smooth all around. A characteristic feature of the two ends of both walls of the vase is that they are tilted slightly downward to the right in relation to the flattened base. The three-dimensional form of the design is being applied for protection, without any color designation.
