The essence of the industrial design is the new, distinctive form of the mir vase, manifested in its shape of a monolithic, thin-walled body and the properties of the ceramic outer surface, creating an aesthetic effect. The shape of the mir vase's body resembles a textile spindle. The body of the Mir vase begins with a flat, round base, a small cone, the upper portions of which gently expand in an arc to reach a maximum diameter of about ¼ of the height of the entire body. Then, along an arc, they reduce their diameter to another portion halfway down the body, where the internal diameter of the Mir vase is equal to the diameter of the base. It then expands to ¾ of the height of the upper portion of the Mir vase body, until the walls of the body continue to reduce in shape along an arc until they reach the vase opening. The upper portion of the Mir vase body is open and has an elliptical opening lowered by 25–35 degrees from the left edge of the body towards the lower right wall of the body. The edges of the vase opening are rounded. The design is presented in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, where Fig. 1 shows the Mir vase in a front perspective view of the entire thin-walled vase body with an elliptical opening lowered by approximately 25°-35°. The flat base of the Mir vase body is circular. Fig. 1a shows the Mir vase body in a left perspective view, showing the changing arcs of the Mir vase body along the body wall towards the base, along with a view of the lowered top opening of the Mir vase. Fig. 1b shows the Mir vase in a top perspective view, showing the lowered and rounded opening of the Mir vase body and the connections of the walls with changing diameters. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b – the Mir vase – is that: It is a spatial, monolithic, thin-walled body resembling a textile spindle, varying from a small, rotating, truncated ceramic cone with a flat, thin-walled, circular bottom. The circumferential side walls rise upward in an arc, then gradually lower at ¼ of the height, before changing shape again, widening at ¾, and then lowering to the height of the entire body, creating a decorative effect. The upper part of the mir vase has an elliptical opening, as one side of the body wall is lowered by 25–35 ?. The diameters of the vase body are equal at its two widest points. The largest diameters are greater than the diameter of the mir vase base. In the side view – in which the Mir vase is shown from the side on the left, the wall of the Mir vase body changes in arcs from the smallest to the largest at approximately ¼ of the height, then descends in an arc to the smallest diameter of the body at half the height, and then at ¾ of the height, it has the second largest diameter and decreases to the base of the body. The entire circumferential walls of the Mir vase body are smooth all around. In the top view, as shown in Fig. 1b, the elliptical opening of the thin-walled Mir vase body is deflected to the right and has rounded upper edges. The three-dimensional form of the design without color designation is applied for protection.
